I'm pleased, getting ready to take it out for a spin. The hole on the connector was too small for the axle as others have mentioned, but rather than drill it wider, I just used a nearby hole on the rear down fork, with a bolt from my random parts box. Worked fine. I held back from a 5 star review because there were a couple of dings on the tubes that made fitting things together a little tougher than it should have been. There was ample padding in the box, so I can't understand how that would be except possibly it happened during production. POST-TRYOUT FOLLOW UP The trailer did what I needed it to do - carry a full week's groceries back to my house, and not a single egg was broken. Moved a 1-bedroom apartment with it! I do not own a car (volitionally) and wanted to test out an idea. It worked. Now of course, I could not move my bed, dresser, portable washer & lounge chair; I got a truck for that, but that cost only a C-note. If I had no large furniture I could have done it all with this awesome cargo trailer. I thought I'd destroy it doing this, but it's still ready to go. I’m glad I decided to buy this for my bike. It is very useful, and I use it pretty much everyday. It was very easy to assemble, with the instructions being very clear. It’s also a very sturdy and durable bike trailer as well. I was surprised how easy it was to maneuver, and it’s very easy to fold up and store when I’m not using it. The media could not be loaded. The tires have great tread and they’re thin so don’t seem to have any trouble with any terrain. There are safety rails along the outside of the tire to avoid anything getting snagged in the spokes. It’s very light weight but sturdy. Assembly required force. The wheel guards are not spaced correctly, once you’re able to wrangle them in place they’re held via a spring loaded button - min had 2 faulty buttons that pop in but not back out. Instructions are minimal but readable, no tool included. Burley makes thru axles compatible for hauling carts / carriers. If you have a thru axle, you will likely have to buy one or something similar otherwise this will not work for you. ... show more

1. They Advertise with picture high end trailer - They send totally different cheap trailer. 2. Picture shows total solid outer frame, Send two piece with a missing pin. 3. Picture shows axles with mounts both sides of wheel with quick disconnect, the trailer sent only has interior mount on inside of wheel with no outer support. . 4. Front and back gates show upper and lower loop bars to keep materials in trailer. One sent only lower loop bars with top of front and back gates 4"s lower than sides. 5. Long hitch arm 6" to long, makes trailer run 6" off center line left of bike, 6. Fit and finish terrible, many spots of curdled paint with exposed metal, bent tube ends that needed straightening, side rail missing spring locking pin. 7. Beware, not ethical company - The bait and switch really bad, Amazon should block........... ... show more
