    • Fold fold button working.
Overall it is great for indoors and sidewalks. When we got it it unfolded beautifully but after riding around the garage the fold button would no longer light up so we can’t fold it which was the main reason to buy this model.

    • Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
Great product for the first 2 months, then speed gets slower, battery gives less distance with each charge. After 4 months fully charged battery only only good for 1/4 mile before recharging needed. bought new battery, same issue re-cur as original. Customer blamed for not reading instructions on charging when inquired about the short life of the battery. Not true, but that's where customer support ends. Purchased another brand from a different company, over a year now and totally satisfied, and have not had a need to contact customer service. ... show more

Could not believe how easy it is to open and how easy it is to put in the car. I am a 60 year old woman and have no problem putting in the back of my forester with the seats up. Would highly recommend

    • Nice not big enough
I test rode the scooter in the house and the threshold was an average and the scooter had a hard time going over, not a lot of leg room, lower back of seat to low, battery only lasted about 3 hours. I rode outside and the ride was very rough! I really enjoyed the remote control.
