This chair is huge! I love it and it completes our living room nicely. It’s very firm but it’s a good firm. Instructions were very simple to understand took me about an hour to put together.     • Better than expected
Got two to replace a couch in an RV. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. They are rather stiff, but not uncomfortable if you like a firm chair. We do. Therefore, the be is firm too. could be uncomfortable sleeping, but have mattress pads to add when needed.

    • Buy a 3" thick cot pad! Cot pad is 28" wide. Fits perfectly! Dark grey color is nice.
I wanted an attractive twin sofa bed with ARMS for my small living room. I also wanted the head portion to be where the bed folds, NOT fold in the middle of one's back!! This product fits my needs perfectly. I keep it fully extended in low upright position, and use the huge tufted pillow supplied under my knees, as I enjoy reclining and take pressure off my back. I have a small squishable cat bed under the extended sofa. This is great and out of the way. The sofa is hard and not cushy at all. I find this not a problem as I will buy a 3" thick cot pad. The cot pad is 28" wide and fits perfectly across the sofa bed. (Twin size pad is too wide) The arms are nicely padded, and I have pretty velvet rectangle toss pillows on the inside of each arm to fill the space before the arms. I weigh 160 lbs., I would not want anyone over say 200 lbs. on it, and it is not for kids to be jumping into or on it! I want it to last . It is TOTALLY what I wanted and am very pleased with it!! Oh yeah, comes in 3 boxes. 1 box came and 2 arrived within a week from the first one. Look for the legs and hardware in the black zippered compartment! ! ... show more

    • Not worth the time or money
I bought this with the intent of using it in a media room as well as an extra bed as we are losing one for a baby. However, the reviews of others dont highlight this enough. It is crazy stiff and uncomfortable. When i decided this probably wasnt best for the price i started the return process. I kept the original box to return it in and submitted the return. Instantly the issues with the seller started. They started asking why the need for the return. When i explained why they said "maybe put a blanket on" to make it more comfortable. I could not believe it. They also said they would gove me 30 dollar discount or 40 but wouldnt be able to refund as it isnt in their policy. Thankfully amazon covers you when there are shady resellers. But all in all beware of this seller and product. For the stiffness and build its not worth the money. And the seller alone is extremely difficult to work with and unprofessional, i would steer far away from them. ... show more

We recently purchased this 3 in 1 Sleeper Chair bed and it was a great decision and addition to our room. We needed something that didn't take up as much space as a traditional bed, but just as comfortable, and this is it. We did have some assembly issues, the holes in the frame were not lining up with the holes in the chair in order for all 4 screws (2 in the front and 2 in the back) to secure the chair to the frame. However, we contacted Esright and their customer service was exceptional. After understanding the issue, they immediately sent out a new chair and frame that we were able to line up and screw in. Esright's customer service and communication definitely made this experience worth it. With the convenience of the chair, the glide to turn it into a bed, and the comfort of the chair, we give it 5 stars and are happy with our purchase. ... show more

    • Nice Chairs, we love them!
Great chairs for the money .Are they the best quality chairs out there ? No, of course not. Will they last forever? Probably not. But ,we have toddlers, pets and elderly in our family so they are great for us. Husband and granddaughter sleep on them daily. Quick and efficient shipping. They are in our living room and used every day. I actually like the firmness others have mentioned as a negative. We had a huge ,plushy sectional before this and they are a nice change. Fairly simple to put together. Husband did a DIY on the Allen wrench to attach to a drill, making it a faster process. A tip, do not tighten all bolts until they are all in place. Some holes had to be cleaned out to tighten properly but that was no big deal. Customer service representative "Alan" is awesome. We had one frame on the arm of chair broken upon arrival. It didn't take away from function of chair , just had a noticeable divot in the arm under the fabric. I contacted them and they couldn't have been nicer. They shipped a replacement out promptly. If I had to chose a negative it would be that the material on seat of chairs seems to not be tight enough I wouldn't hesitate to buy again and in fact probably will. ... show more
