I am so disappointed in this product that promised to hold up to 700 pounds, and I believed it. My 5 yr old child is only 50 pounds. While he was swinging in the air, the swing broke and tilted causing him to land on his face on the ground. He almost broke his jaw and cried for hours. I tried to contact the seller but I was ignored. I contacted Amazon and was told I would get a refund. But this is more than a matter of a refund. This is about false advertisement and how unsafe this product is. Who knows what will happen to the next child that is on it. It had cracks at all joints, so the integrity of the material is not what is claimed. BE CAUTIOUS! ... show more

I have a 4 year old, a 9 year old and a 16 year old. We put this up with one strap on the limb of a giant maple tree in our backyard. Where we wanted to put it didn't really flatten out (it has a kind of knot there) so we put a few screws to keep the strap from sliding down. The kids love it and I am now looking for some kind of automatic swing device so I don't have to push them anymore. No wear and tear yet that I have noticed. We did put a hook on the tree so we can put it out of the way to hopefully give the grass a chance underneath it. Have had it a month or so I think. ... show more

Bought this as a holiday gift and put it together today... I am a little worried about the construction Pros + a lot of the pros are based on what you read... weight, etc + the ropes definitely seem very well put together + there are 2 configurations to attach to the tree, which I like Cons - the instructions are tiny and hard to read - the wrench they send fits the nuts, but when you tighten the nut, it’s not deep enough.. you have to wriggle to make sure it gets tight - the styrofoam around the ring seems very cheap.. - the middle seems very plastic... the rope ones seem more sturdy - I’m not sure I’m sold on the quality of the metal of the ring ... show more

I bought this swing to switch out one of our swings on our outdoor play set. I’m so happy with my purchase! Assembly was super quick and easy. It attached easy with the carabiners that came with it. I also love that we can take it with us when we go on a trip and attach it to a tree. I am able to sit on it with both kids (5,7) and it is comfortable for all of us. Another feature that I think it’s great, is the option to adjust the height. It’s super comfortable. Definitely recommend it! ... show more

This thing is freaking Amazing! The only issue I had was assembling the last section of the round frame. Putting rounded pieces together to form the circular frame is a pain! Once together and hung up, it is amazing! It holds up to 700 lbs it says and I believe it! I'm 225 and my grandaughter is about 30 lbs and the swing holds us together just fine! It's sturdy, it comes with the swivel connection as well as two very strong carabieners for normal swing action. The mesh is very strong and very comfortable to sit on. My grandaughter loves the fact she can lay down on it when swinging, that it can be adjusted to a height where she can climb on unassisted and she can put her stuffed animals on it and swing them. For the price, this is a very nice swing! I highly recommend it! ... show more

The instructions tell you to view assembly videos on YouTube. HOWEVER, the videos show a product being assembled that has plenty of space to slide the foam wrapped frame through the nylon. Two big issue: 1. The nylon material is very flimsy at best; and, 2. The frame assembly is extremely difficult to slide into the nylon as there isn't sufficient space as observed in the video. This tight squeeze resulted in a main seam tearing when trying to fish the frame through the nylon. ... show more

The straps were awkward and hard to line up on our oak tree since the branch varies in thickness. My husband finally bought thick chain to wrap around the branch and hung the straps from that. The swing was a huge hit with our grandkids at Thanksgiving! I heard so many squeals of laughter from them swinging on our new swing! ... show more
