I was nervous about flying Spirit for the first time and didn't want to get caught having to pay extra for a "personal item." This little bag did the job; I had zero trouble and wasn't even asked to put it in the sizer on any leg of my trip. The bag is very lightweight, which may be a negative for some buyers. For me that is a plus: I travel by air rarely, so I'm more concerned about carrying and storing it. Having said that, all the elements of the bag (pocket, handles, zipper) seem fairly well sewn and sturdy. The short handles do make it a little tricky to carry on your shoulder. The bag held much more than I thought it would. After fully packing for my three day summer trip, I still had plenty of room for lots more. It is a soft bag with no structure, so I think that makes it hard to pack for some folks, but that didn't bother me at all. It squished right into place under the seat in front of me. This bag is good for a short trip. I was able to carry everything needed for a 5-day trip. It is well made and fits under the seat as required. The only drawback is there is no shoulder strap and carrying it by the handle got old, especially as far as you need to walk through airports.

Not the best quality but for the price, it is good. Slides right into the baggage measurement box. I used them on 3 journeys, and the bag held together so far. You won't be able to stuff in objects or else it might tear.

What I love about this bag is that it fits a lot! I added a picture of what I had mostly in my bag when I traveled (iPad and a couple other small things not showing). It is durable and is thin so it holds a lot more than a “bookbag” looking travel piece that I had ordered prior to this. The only down side to it is that it doesn’t carry as easy as a bookbag but I will endure that to be able to pack so much into this piece. I will say since I packed so much in it I still did not fill it to the fullest extent. I do think if I had packed this piece to the brim it may not have past the luggage test for a personal item. I was not stopped to have my luggage tested however I saw a man that had a bookbag and another small piece stuffed to where the zippers looked like they might pop and they stopped him. Just be aware to not overstuff. I have ordered 4 of these and be aware the material is not all the same. I know the one that looks tropical is a softer material. The size of the bag is great and it was delivered on time. My only issue is that it could be thicker. The material the bag is made out of is pretty thin, so I do worry about it being strong enough to carry what I intended to fill it with. (It's set to be my daughter's carry on)

I just returned from flying 20,000+ miles with this bag. I wanted something durable, with a trolley sleeve, lightweight, and with one big compartment to maximize space. This bag performed beautifully. I was concerned at this price point that it wouldn’t hold up. But the zippers and all stitching held strong. It folds down to nothing when not in use! My only small gripe is the luggage sleeve catches and would benefit from some slick fabric to help it slide over the suitcase. But at this price point you really can’t fault it.
