This is a handy concept. Turns out this table works really well using it without the leg extensions, so that it's coffee table height. Perfect for puzzling. I had a lot more plans for this table, but after the third use, the plastic latch broke and now it won't close all the way. So the practicality of having a table that I can fold up and take with me is gone. Unless I bungie the whole thing. It now stays propped closed in a closet. My daughter thinks it would be a great table to take to the beach, and she's willing to bungie to make that happen. I don't know how long it will last in the sand, probably a good while becuase other than the latch, it appears to be very sturdy. My rating is because it broke. I work a farmers market and SLAM open and close tables like this all summer long--on pavement even. I've never seen one break like this. Maybe those tables use a sturdier plastic. maybe mine was a fluke. I'll also mention that the table is very heavy. I'm sure that's in the listing and I didn't pay attention but keep that in mind. Much heavier than a simple card table. Just be aware of that. I'm not downgrading for that--because that was a purchase error on my part. ... show more
