When they say XL, they mean XL. This bag is huge without being bulky and cumbersome. It is ridiculously durable and cleans up nicely (my little decided to color on it in permanent marker and it cleaned up perfectly)! It is so versatile as we take it to the pool and on the boat and it fits everything in it that we need. It is super sturdy, water resistant (holes and such, but the bottom is solid and that has saved the day more times than I can count), and the color is beautiful! Is it a bit expensive? I really like this bag. It’s huge. The color is really pretty. It’s super sturdy. The one con I have is the bag is heavy because of the material it’s made of. When you add your things to it, it gets much heavier, because of this fact I can’t carry it all the time. Other than that it’s easy to clean. It’s versatile. THE bag is absolutely HUGE!!!!! It holds a lot of things. The pouches that come with the bag are very durable. The big pouch is really big. The little pouch is perfect for little lip glosses or whatever small things you need. The color is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased this for thrifting, auctions, estate and yard sales. It holds do much, including frozen bottles of water that stay cold in the 110 degree heat. Added a few charms because that's part of the fun with these bags. Dog Mom, sunflowers, daisies... just a few things that personalize my bag to me. I like the small interior bag for my keys and phone. And for thrifting, I got an insert that let's me separate glass items until I can get them home or wrapped. I am getting ready for a 1000 mile (each way) road trip and can see this easily carrying snacks, water, dog food and my travel essentials in one bag for my pup and myself without worrying about leaks and spills. This was designed as a beach bag but it's seriously so much more. I love that it STANDS UP instead of collapsing into a heap when you set it down. I've seen a lot of knockoffs of this bag and have been tempted, but I'm glad I went with the original. I think it's a pretty ugly bag, but it is sturdy and stable and works great for my purposes. It's very large and pretty heavy, so if you put heavy items inside it, it will feel REALLY heavy.
