Worst product and worst service. I bought one on Oct 14, and the seller just let the order sit there doing nothing for more than 2 days. So I decided to cancel it and bought another one from somewhere else. Then they rejected my application for cancel and only after that they updated the status as shipped out. I contact the customer service and they said I can only return the package after receiving it but never cancel it. That is much troublesome for me. So I decided to keep, but OMG the scooter first has a safety issue in its break that made me almost hit by a car and I have to ask my mechanics friend to fix it. Then it died in less than 50 DAYS when I was on my way to work. It took lots of trouble to call a Uber and I was very late for work. The battery is fully charged, it was the engine died in less than 50 DAYs. I should have listened to my friend when they said it looks like a shabby “made in China” product of very poor quality. As a Chinese I am very shamed of the fact it is another poor quality made in China stuff and the shopping experience is awfully disgusting ... show more

And OMG after 50 days the scooter died on my way to work, the battery is fully charged, the motor died. It took me a fortune to call a uber and I was late for work. My friend told me it looks like a very shabby Made in China product of poor quality. I should listened, and I am truely ashamed of such a bad product and service from my home country. The shopping experience is disgusting.
