First, seller must be having these shipped from China ! Doesn't say that in the listing though.. Seller ships these in a bag so there is no protection for it at all . Must have been on the slow boat as it took a long time to get here and when I saw it I wasn't going to bother having another sent after how long this one took and the poor packaging I knew it would be a waste of time so asked for a refund which the seller promptly gave... As another reviewer mentioned these are made of thin brittle material so even if it had gotten here in one piece I don't think it would have lasted very long.. ... show more

The pot must becoming from around the world in air cargo. They only use a shipping sack. The pot is hard brittle plastic so it gets busted up easy. My first one had 5 breaks, the second one 3 break but worse. Asked for refund. Well see if I get it. They are not learning from their mistakes.
