Update; Seller answered my email same day this review was posted. They promptly asked what my address was and sent a new tub by priority mail. I got it 2 days later from California. Everything looks like it's above average quality, so I was really bummed that I had to use a piece of the repair patch before the 1st use. I tried contacting the seller directly by email using the info on the flyer they provided. 2 weeks has passed still no response... my Rating is mainly for the lack of engagement from the email they provided. ... show more

I am not impressed. Bottom (black part) will not hold air. Holes do not fit the red stoppers. They fall out really really easy. I didn’t want to invest a lot of money, and I got what I paid for. 😮💨 try at your own discretion. Spawn bag colonized great. Putting my gain and substrate in , we will see what happens. So in this first try I am into to the cost at $130. This $130 included my spore culture. I got a very fast reply from the seller. They are refunding me for the tub. My understanding is they are getting a new design, the new tub sounds pretty sweet. I will buy another, just the tub, from this seller, I would have sent( at my cost) back this tub in exchange for the new and improved tub, which includes a liner. Better hole’s etc. The seller did say they were refunding for tub, so in all fairness, this is ok with me. Customer service was fast in replying. ... show more

First one received arrived with a leak in the bottom. Couldn't be patched because it was deep in the seam. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had it replaced. 2nd one lost its air within a few hours. There are 3 sections to inflate separately. 2 sections of the exchange deflated.
