The media could not be loaded. Reasons are its heavy and well constructed to support for leaning backward and with leg spread out. A head rest is easily adjusted at a different angle. There is adjustable back support with padding for lumbar fit. Easy to clean if you able to place a paper below the chair and wouldn't fall off so that dust accumulating over time. Breathable mesh materials to support a heavy person. The armrest can be tilt up/down and left/right which is another plus. The wheels are good enough. This chair was very very easy to put together. There were minimal parts (only 6-8 screws). The entire thing took about 20 minutes and that was going very slowly. The lumbar support pillow piece was broken. The plastic pieces that held it in place were broken. When I first opened the bag, the pieces fell out and then it took me a minute to figure out what was actually broken. I ended up just removing the lumbar support pillow and used a small foam square in its place. The material is definitely sturdy but a tad bit uncomfortable. It's a bit rough against the skin. I placed a small blanket on the seat and have had no issues thus far. I LOVE the foot rest, but it does feel a bit precarious. I definitely wouldn't put too much weight on it as it does not feel very sturdy. The headrest is very comfortable and just about everything on this seat is adjustable. I'm 5'3" and cannot put my feet flat on the floor on the lowest setting. Luckily this doesn't really bother me. I think for the cost of the chair, this is great! But you will likely have to make a few "improvements" of your own. If I had not been afraid of the process of sending this back to request a replacement for the broken part, I likely would have returned since the lumbar support was a big selling point for me. ... show more

I have chronic pain and I work long hours. I wish I got this chair years ago. It was easy to assemble with just one person. The height is fantastic. I’m tall; I’m 5’8. This chair may not be great for a petite person. It’s extremely sturdy. The foot rest is my favorite. The mesh that allows this to be priced cheap (for an office chair) is made of a type of plastic. The first chair I received had a hole near where my shoulder is -- it would snag any article of clothing I would wear so I had to start putting a blanket over the back just to sit in it without ruining my clothes. Reached out to the company's customer service via their website and they offered no resolve, so I went thru Amazon's customer service. Whoever helped me made it difficult to replace the chair. I had to state several times I wanted to replace the chair, because it is a nice chair. Eventually, he resolved to replacing it but now I have to box the old chair up myself, somehow fit it in my car (it won't) and drive it 20 minutes away, then somehow carry it into UPS from the vehicle which I will have to rent to drop off the massive box.... Don't worry, Amazon will send UPS out to your house to DROP OFF A LABEL but not pick up an impossibly large item. Lo' and behold, the second chair has a snag in the plastic mesh material but this time it's on the seat. IF YOU CAN SOMEHOW AVOID THIS, the chair is amazing. Great functionality, comfortable, and I can see why they use this plastic material since that's what gives the support for a low cost. But buy at your own risk knowing you might have to figure out how to return it. ... show more

Overall a nice chair for a decent price. It was easy to assemble and it's fairly comfortable to sit on for long periods of time. My only issue is trying to clean the chair. The open mesh seat material makes it easy for the back and bottom of the chair to accumulate dust, but it's almost impossible to reach certain spots of the chair (the back support cushion for example). I can't clean the chair as thoroughly as I want, so that should be something to consider if that matters to you as well. ... show more
