These weights are just what I was looking for. I wanted small weights that would be comfortable to hold during long workouts. I use these mostly when rebounding and my hands don’t fatigue at all. I gave them four stars instead of five because I don’t like that they feel like plastic and are less grippy when my hands are sweaty. I have joint issues with my thumbs. This was not comfortable to hold based on the thumb hole. Put my hand and thumb joint in awkward position. But I do understand the appeal of the design if your hand fits it okay. Didn't work for me :(
