Description

Featuring a unique tone, the Casino hollow body is a comfortable lightweight guitar with plenty of loudness. Since 1961, the legendary Casino has been Epiphone’s best-selling archtop and a rock ‘n’ roll standard. First introduced in 1961, the Casino was just one of several new thinline archtops designed and produced at the company’s adopted new factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan that it shared with one-time competitor and new partner, Gibson.

  • Fantastic
Color: Blue Denim
Impressed! It’s exactly what I expected. The guitar sounds and plays great! I ordered a case as well and the company shipped the guitar in the case. I really appreciated that!

  • Play great
Color: Olive Drab
I have >10 high end guitars. I love the way this plays. And price is incredible. Prefer it to my P90 les Paul

  • It came ready to play
Color: Blue Denim
I always wanted to have a Casino and I really like this color so I picked this one up. I usually have to do a setup when I get a new guitar however this was ready to go out of the box with just tuning the strings. I like how it sounds without plugging it in. I find myself grabbing it all the time to practice. When I plug it in it’s just a great tone. Very pleased with this purchase. ... show more

  • playable right out of the box
Color: Olive Drab
I build solid body guitars, and this thing came out of the box well set up. I am changing the p90s but that is a me thing.

  • Awesome!
Color: Ebony
Great guitar after some work. Stock the instrument isnt half bad but with a little work it will be on par with a USA model. New pickups, ratio tuners and dressed frets and rolled fret board edges and you wont want to put this guitar down.

  • Makes all the right noises.
Color: Blue Denim
I have wanted one for many years. It makes all the 60s noises. It plays loud enough unplugged that you can practice with it without being too loud. The neck is thinner than I would like it, but I do have big hands. The hollow body with the P-90s are a little volatile with the feedback, but there aren’t really any good sounds in feedback land. The great sounds are not as easy to dial in as other guitars but once you’re there, linger for a while. Remember John sanded off the lacquer on his, so the feel is ready made. If you care about the sound more than the look, seriously consider it. ... show more
