  • Well worth it
Only issue was when putting it together it leaked around the nozzle but once I got it adjusted right have had no issues glad I bought this

  • Clean, Great Tasting Water!
I recently purchased the Epic Nano Countertop Water Filter Dispenser, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. This dispenser not only provides clean and great-tasting water but also gives me peace of mind knowing that it's keeping me healthy. The 36 cup capacity is perfect for my household, ensuring we always have access to filtered water. One of the standout features for me is its effectiveness in removing PFAS, as confirmed by independent testing and EWG's recommendation. It's reassuring to know that I'm drinking water that meets such high standards. Overall, I highly recommend the Epic Nano Countertop Water Filter Dispenser to anyone looking for a reliable water filtration solution. ... show more

  • Quality of Function over design
The product works just as advertised, filtered water that ""tastes"" great - I cannot say for heavily mineralized areas but with water that has noticeably strong fluoride notes the filter removes all hints of it or any other orders and minor tastes. The container, while slow filtering and takes up a bit of space, is easy to fill up and use, re-filling its little tank doesn't take up much time. The issue I have with it however is the product's design, namely their nozzle and gasket. The gasket's color is obnoxiously the same color as the other parts and worst still gives no strong indication which direction it needs to be facing when you install it. I'm betting a portion of comments about "pushing" and "forcing" as you screw it in is because of the gasket's direction. In my opinion they need to reconsider how to make the gasket stand out otherwise it'll continue to be annoying for everyone. ... show more

  • LEAKS!!
Update: I wrote to the company who gave me tricks to stop the leak. I tried them all and still it leaked a lot. They sent me a new spout and it leaked worse. They are offering me a refund, since I bought on Amazon I’m not sure how but they did offer. This is the worst system. It leaked slowly and ruined my wood counter trim. I thought maybe I didn’t set the O ring right so I cleaned it and reset it and it still leaks. Worst jug system ever. I’ll be switching back to britta for sure. Also the water tastes weird out of the filter. I have two, this one and a jug version and they both taste weird but at least the jug one doesn’t leak a lot. A $70 waste of money. Actually ended up costing me a lot more in repairs. Do not buy this jug unless you like bad tasting water and a puddle on your counter Months later still leaks. Horrible product ... show more

  • Buy this now!!!
This 2.2 gallon water filtration system is great!!! The size is perfect. You only have to fill the reservoir twice to get the 2.2 gallons. The water is crystal clear and tastes and smells perfect. I have tried many systems the last being Zero water which I felt was a complete rip off. The Nano filter is a bit slow on the first 2 gallons but then it settles in and flows perfectly. So happy with my purchase! My pets and I couldn’t be happier with our Epic filtration system. ... show more

  • Saved a ton in bottled water buying.
I have to say this saved my family an absolute boatload of money in buying water. It's better for the environment because lets actually face facts. Plastic bottles ARE NOT good for you. The plastic seeps in to the water and you end up drinking cheap plastic bottle. Now, this is also made from plastic, but a different kind. (Not as break apart as those plastic bottles.) Technically, if companies were really interested in saving the planet and recycling they'd go back to the 80's way of doing things and sell water in glass bottles and offer a small return on the bottles. (It would actually make some people go find them... Especially kids who are looking for a couple extra dollars for candy.) But I digress... I think all companies should switch to glass since it's better for everyone and easier to recycle. This is the next best thing. I haven't bought bottled water since I bought this. I fill up my container when I go to work and I drink it out of my own metal bottle throughout the day. It tastes better... I feel better, and I am saving a lot of money (and keeping plastics out of landfills!!!) It is a win for my family. It is a little more expensive, but when I think about spending about 200 dollars on bottled water a month... This makes absolutely more sense!! ... show more

  • Barely even filters after 2 weeks, very disappointed
I got this pitcher hoping it would filter quicker than my ClearlyFiltered pitcher. I've found the pretty much every pitcher that removes fluoride takes forever to filter, and happens within weeks after purchasing a fresh filter. So with this one, no point for it to hold so much more water because it still takes many hours to filter just a few glasses of water, much less be able to fill up any large container. I've only had it a little over 2 weeks and I live somewhere with good tap water so it's not like my water is terrible. I emailed the customer support to ask them for tips, no response, no email back. The FAQ booklet that comes with it says it's not unusual for it to take a half hour to filter. HAH, I could only wish it was that short. I'm saying I'm sitting here for hours with no water. We've had to start buying water jugs again. We are renters, so I can't get a more permanent system. I guess I am going back to ClearlyFiltered since I don't think it was this slow, as in hours, to filter a few glasses of water. If you are a homeowner, I would highly recommend getting a below sink system or permanent system. ALL of these pitchers that actually remove fluoride are cumbersome. And i've used these pitchers in multiple states and pretty much all water sources take forever to filter ... show more
