After a short period of time living in San Angelo, I realized that drinking water out of the faucet was not going to cut it. During my first year of college living in a dorm, my roommate and I only had minimal space for items and settled for purchasing gallons of water to fill our water bottles with. Once we moved into an apartment that was much more spacious, we decided to begin acquiring the five-gallon waters from Walmart, although we were not sure how we were going to retrieve the water yet. I had never heard of this product before, but when I was hanging out with my friend in Florida, I noticed a sink looking item on top of their gallon of water. I asked about the product, and they had plenty of respectable things to say about it. They have had the dispenser for just over two years, and it still was in great condition. I was interested but concerned about the price. After finding out it was only $14.99, I became very invested. We discovered that the most effective and affordable way to retrieve the water from the gallon was through the Cozy BlueWater Dispenser from amazon. The packaging arrived in a traditional amazon box, but its own personal box inside that included a charging cord, a long straw to attach to the device, and the device itself. The straw was slightly bent once taken out of the box, but there were no slits in the straw, and it worked perfectly. The battery life is extremely high quality. I have charged it once since I have received it in July, and it lasted me over a month before charging it again in late August. The merchandise does not come charged; you need to charge it before using it when it first comes in. The setup of the device is very simple. You connect the straw to the device, and then insert the straw into the opening of the gallon jug and push down the lid as far as possible. There is no twist or click to know when the water dispenser is on, it simply just needs to be pushed down as far as possible and it is secure. This product made retrieving water much simpler and faster. I place my cup underneath the dispenser and click the button at the top to fill up the cup to where I need, and then hit the button to stop the water flow. A nice addition to this product is that it does not take a couple seconds for the water to stop flowing out of the device. It is an instant stop and start which precludes water overflowing from the cup. I would give this product a 5-star rating. I would recommend it to others, and it has benefitted me greatly for an excellent price. ... show more

This Cozy BlueWater Dispenser for portable bottle pumps is our second one. Both have worked very well with our 5 gallon water container. The USB recharge capability makes it really simple to top off and keep in use. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. I recommend!

    • Great and convenient but you might have to replace frequently...
I actually really love this little gadget. However, I can only give 4 stars because I think that with frequent use it loses power over time. I have a subscription with a water delivery service and I receive 5-gallon size jugs of water to my home every month. I also tend to drink quite a bit of water and switched from the manual pump design offered on their site to this electrical push button pump from Amazon instead. When I first started using it the flow was fast and strong and it seemed to hold a charge very well. Now that I have had it and have been using it frequently for some time now, up to several times per day, I noticed that it seems much slower and the flow isn't as strong as when I first purchased it even when I recharge it. I do notice however that if I use it while it is plugged in on charge the flow is quite like it was when I first bought it. But when I take it off charge it isn't long before the flow is slower again. So, overall this item is a GREAT buy I definitely recommend it! If you don't mind the flow being a little slower over time, you're not a big water drinker where you would need to use the pump several times per day and if you're okay with having to purchase a replacement I'd say maybe every 6 months then this is perfect for you and I say go ahead and get it. I would definitely give 5 stars if this wasn't an issue because overall this is my only complaint. ... show more
