Priced right, came charged and ready to use. The one problem is I use an American Maid 3 Gallon water jug with a screw top which needed a 3/4 in hole drilled/punched into it. Once I bought another lid and reworked it it works fine and is easy to dispense water and refill as needed. Company might consider adding pre drilled lids for a good tight fit to keep bugs out. ... show more

Trying to drink more water. Bought a reusable cup but wanted to get away from water bottles from home. Well I saw this at my friends house who is more frugal and bigger family. I thought it was so practical. I’ve had mine since October and I JUST recharged it now in DECEMBER. I’m able to not buy so much plastic and can be economical. I drink way more water. I suffer from terrible allergies and need to rinse my nose with bottled water and budesinide every day and sometimes more than once a day. We also have humidifiers in our bedrooms due to dry winter air. I was buying a couple individual gallons of water Everytime I went to the store and I just hated how much waste that was and how fast the recycle bin would overflow. I really can't afford a water cooler; so, I thought for the price I would try it. We LOVE it. And it has nearly paid for its self with first 5 gallon jug. Highly recommend. Only criticism is the install instructions don't tell you if you need to remove the plastic cap on the water jug. As you can see in the picture, I removed it but then quickly realized I should have left it on. (May be obvious to some, but it wasn't for me). ... show more

I ordered this to help with the excess water bottle usage in the home. It worked fine for a month, then began giving issues. Such as, not pumping & having to push the button multiple times to get it to pump water. I thought it just needed to be charged up, but even then it struggled to pump. It no longer pumps at all & it won’t charge up anymore. I tried using multiple different charging cords I have around the house (same input) but nothing. 2 stars because it was okay while it lasted, but it wasn’t for long.
