I just got my steamer today and couldn't wait to use it. I was interested to see the user manual because a few reviews said it was hard to understand, and it didn't make sense and that the recipe book wasn't useful for times and recipes. Based on my past experience with purchasing Buydeem products, I wasn't worried because every item I have received my orders from them, they came well packaged, with a very understandable manuals. Plus I know that all of the products I have from them are not only functional but beautiful too. This was no different. The steamer was packaged very well, it is so pretty in the mint green shade, and matches my kitchen. I reviewed the user manual and from what I read, I found it very easy to follow the set up instructions for 1st time use. As well as the boil point test. I also washed the other pieces to it before steaming my acorn squash. I used the steam time suggested for pumpkins and it turned out perfectly. Better then baking it. It took way less time to steam then to get it right baking it. Its also a perfect size and won't overtake your counter space. Also clean up was easy, I removed lid, wiped it down. Set it aside, removed the food, and I let the steamer base cool down. Unplugged the cord from the wall and base. Dumped water in the sick and turned the base upside down on a kitchen towel propped up to dry. That was it. Basically no mess. I didn't buy the steamer in hopes of a great recipe book, but because I know Buydeem sells, beautiful, functional, quality products. And if you need inspiration for recipes to make, because the ones in the manual are not your thing. Go visit Pintrest or Instagram for recipe, no shortage there. I am excited to try Artichokes, yogurt,, and more tasty veggie dishes. I also read you can make those tasty sweet steamed buns that you order at Asian restaurants. You can also cook meat in it, so I cant wait to find some great recipes! Overall great streamer, easy to navigate and steams very well. And pretty to look at! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. An awesome, must-have product that goes a long way with the Buydeem steamer. The extra tier has the same great quality built as the steamer itself. It fits onto the steamer perfectly and doubles its capacity! We’ve been using the Buydeem steamer for about a month now and love it! It brings so many more options for our day-to-day meal and makes cooking so easy. One other quality that make this stands out is how little water drips from the sidewalls instead of going into the food plates; we tried a few other steamers in the past and having too much water going onto the food was always a headache. The media could not be loaded. I loved Buydeem steamer because it heated up so quickly, and I could warm up or steam baby food at almost no time cost. I use it every day. I am very glad to see they offer this useful add-on for my beautiful steamer. I now could stew soup or congee in the bottom and steam veggies on the top, significantly shorten my cooking time. It is also very convenient and effective for cooking meals for a big family when you are in a rush. You don't need to have another traditional steamer or wait after the first plate is done. Got this steamer for few days, good thing is heating is fast ,bad thing for me is the capacity is suitable for small cooking and the vapor water tend to drip on the plates inside, making my food looks too juicy ~ which I don’t like

This is the best steamer that I got so far. It’s quite easy to operate. The instructions on the panel are easy to understand. The outlook is pretty fashion. Unlike the other steamers on the market, it’s really convenient to refill the water. It’s also takes little effort for cleaning.

The media could not be loaded. The steamer itself is a great product to begin with, the double tier just brought user experience to the next level. For lunch and dinner, we use one tier for main dish (steamed seafood etc), and the other tier for baby food or others that we don’t want mix with seafood. I make different sauce to put on top of the seafood (thai style with lemon and garlic in picture). The extra tier doubled steamer capacity so you save 50% time on cooking.
