Very awesome sight, its EOTech what else do I have to say. I mounted this sight on my 300 blackout AR I have not gotten to sight it in yet as, I have been very busy with work. I plan on going up to my land in a few weeks to sight the EOTech sight in. I will update later.

I have Eotechs on three of my competition ARs. I used one in the MGM Ironman last summer and it was effective out to 600yds on my PWS MK214 using a 3x. So I decided to get one for my 300 blackout. The two dot reticle does what they say and is consistently accurate . I am considering using it in 3-gun matches. Since most local matches in Idaho don't have targets past 350 yards it should be fine. If anything it will be fun and this optic should work well ... show more

I had read a few reviews which said the reticle was blurry. Unfortunately this is true. I have a holosun version on a different rifle and the comparison in clarity between the 2 systems is stunning. The separately sold eotech magnifier also seemed to have less eye relief than the holosun magnifier. Whether you're buying just the red dot or both the red dot and magnifier, save your money and buy the holosun. ... show more

After an easy install, it only took about 6 rounds to properly sight subsonic rounds at 50 yards and I was impressed that the lower sighting dot was still grouped at 4 inches at 150 yards. I think you'll like it.
