I've wanted a walking pad forever. When I got the chance to get this one, I decided it was finally time to give one a try. It basically comes out of the box ready to use. The wheels on the front make it super easy to move around. You just plug it in, set the time, hop on and push start. You can adjust the speed up to 3 mph. I'm not using it with a standing desk -- just getting on it and walking. It's super quiet, so I can be on it while my husband and I watch television without any problem. I am really looking forward to having this as an option when the weather is bad or I don't want to take the time to go to the gym and get on the treadmill. I was unsure what I’d get as this was only $100 but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this walking pad. I work from home and needed something to get me moving on those long days or when it gets too cold out. This fit under my desk perfectly. It was easy to set up and LED is clear to read. It says the weight capacity is 220 pounds, however my husband is about 30 lbs bigger and was able to use it just fine. I do wish it came with removable hand bars to hold onto for those who dont have higher desks. Overall, I feel this walking mat is great and worth buying. ... show more

One of the best prices of exercise equipment we've ever owned. It's not for jogging, v so didn't think you can use it for that. It's for walking up to about 3mph. It felt awkward without a handlebar to steady me, so i set up a walker when i use it. My core isn't strong enough and my balance isn't good enough to use it without feeling like I'm going to fall off. If your balance is good you won't have any problems. This treadmill is compact and fairly light for its size. It fits easily under a desk and can be stored upright to get it out of the way. The treadmill has a switch on the end to turn the power on and off and then uses a remote control to start/stop and control the speed. Everything works well and the construction quality seems great so far.
