I waited a few months before reviewing this product because I wanted to ensure that I had experience with it first. Setting up the walking pad was easy; the instructions were clear and brief. The remote controller has only the necessary buttons which is nice. I did put a pad underneath the walking treadmill to ensure the carpet didn't get ruined but depending on your floor that might not be necessary. The different settings are great for beginners and others who want to walk at a faster rate. I tested out all modes and never once felt wobbly or unsafe. I do always walk with the remote in my hand just in case I need to make a sudden stop or change. The walking pad is easy to store and move. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to take it from room to room but I can do it on my own which is a huge plus. Overall, if your looking for a simple way to get active while watching tv or walking at a standing desk then this product is perfect for you. The pad itself is not very loud, I'm able to hear the tv and my headphones without any trouble. I also wear shoes while walking and that helps with balance but doesn't add to the volume. I was skeptical that this walking pad would be any good for the low sale price. However, it took only a short time to get it adjusted, oiled and operating smoothly. It is pretty sturdy yet light enough to move around fairly easily. The remote functions well, the machine is quiet, and the display is great. If you have to adjust the belt, do so very gradually. Of course, it’s important to follow directions carefully. Don’t use it on thick carpet, make sure belt is oiled, etc. Nothing to hold onto so not a bad idea to put a chair next to you especially when getting used to the machine. I've been using this for a few months now and really love it, especially the price! PROS: - Easy to use - Remote functionality works perfectly - Not very loud/not distracting - Was easy to set up - Easy to grease track CONS: - Does get warm after an hour or more use (no overheating but I like to watch it closely) - Heavy and hard to carry if you need to move it farther than just rolling it around Overall, for the price, I really like this and use it a few times a week. ... show more

    • One step at a time is much easier now

I got this after the company I work for demanded that everyone work remotely from their homes which suddenly made getting steps in almost impossible as part of my commute included at least 5 miles of walking and taking advantage of steps. Going to work was not just about working for me, but it was about staying healthy. So when I was given the order to work from home while I was getting more sleep and time do to things I just lost all steps. My solution was to order a walking pad and after researching my options I decided on this one due to reviews, videos and pricing - I knew whatever I was getting I would just have to stick with because I was not going to be able to return something so large and cumbersome (I don't drive so I can't take this back to a pickup place). Since getting it, I am feeling so much better! After only a month of using this I have walked over a hundred miles on it and even my partner has taken advantage of it! The things I like about it are; 1.) The size, I have short legs so it is the perfect size for me. 2.) It is easy to use, everything is operated via the remote. 3.) It really is easy to move with the wheels on one side. 4.) It comes with the things needed to maintain it - belt lube, so you do not need to purchase that separately. 5.) The speed variations. You can adjust the speed anywhere from a very slow stroll to running like an Olympian. I find for basic exercise a 2.2 is the perfect speed. 6.) The safety features are very very mindful including a countdown to when it starts, a slow increase to speed, and a slow deceleration when you are done. 7.) Customer service is really helpful (I will explain below). The things I DISLIKE about it are; 1.) It's easy to use via the remote, but it can ONLY be controlled by the remote so if you lose the remote and if for whatever reason you cannot get a new one - you are going to be left with a brick. I with there was a way to control it on the machine but they did this likely as a safety feature. 2.) Also a safety feature - it BEEPS SO LOUDLY every time you turn it on, and every time you push the button to accelerate or decelerate. There is no way to turn this off without ruining the warranty on this device. I wish there was a way to turn the notification off entirely. 3.) Every time you pause the workout you have to start all over to get back to your prior speed, I wish you could have a set speed you like that the machine would slowly take you to so you did not need to deal with the BEEPS. I did experience a problem with this machine and by communicating with customer service I was about to sort it out. Sometimes the treadmill decided that I was not going fast enough and ACCELERATED ALL THE WAY TO MAXIMUM SPEED with me on it. The first time it happened I understood immediately what it was like to be on Ninja Warrior and leapt off it in time to save myself. I brushed it off as an electrical issue because the power in my house did go out the night before. Then it happened a handful of other times but I was prepared and cautious as it only happened while I was telling the machine to go faster. Finally after the fifth time of it happening I contacted customer support and they revealed that it was due to either 1.) interference with the signal between the remote and the machine or 2.) the remote itself. They revealed that it is a known issue and their own QC department found out the problems were all always with the signal being interfered with by another appliance or the remote. There was absolutely NO other appliance in the room I keep this machine in so I opted for them to give me a new remote. I received it quickly, paired it with my machine easily and started walking. It happened again. Distraught I started really looking everywhere to find why this was happening and I discovered the culprit.... my smart watch. My partner does not wear a smart watch and never once had to machine suddenly go Looney Tunes on them. I decided to use the machine without one and after doing so for a week it did not once malfunction. My smart watch was interfering with the signal from the remote to the machine. It's a bummer but at this point I do know how many steps I am getting based on time alone spent walking so I don't need it. But if you are someone that NEEDS their watch I would be careful! Some other things I found out; The speed and distance traveled is in kilometers, not miles. Overall I am just happy to have a solution to being cooped up at home and will use this happily. ... show more

Simple, affordable and efficient! Walking has been proven to improve physical and mental health. You can burn calories and shed some pounds by simply walking everyday! This walking pad should be in every household. Don't feel like going for a walk in the high heat or frigid cold? You can do it at home. Don't feel like commuting to a crowded gym to get some cardio in? You can do it at home. Sure, it's not the most powerful treadmill, but you can get a nice burn going with this thing. I can't speak for it's longevity, but for the price, even if it lasts one year, you are getting your money's worth and then some. Health is wealth. At this price point, this was a no brainer. Purchased for my wife who works from home and hinted at wanting one of these to be able to walk while at the desk. I browsed several and researched reviews and came across the Elseluck Walking Pad. Super easy to set up, right out of the box, unfold, put the oil in and get it going. Max speed is 3.8 mph which is plenty of speed to have while maintaining working. The noise is moderate, not overwhelming, it is a treadmill so it is a decent size, the color is all black with some orange accents, comes with a remote, and is not adjustable (has no incline). We only owned this now for a couple months, so I can’t speak on the longevity. Overall the treadmill looks nice and the cost was great. ... show more
