This machine is very good for cardio workout at home. It has 8 different level of resistance. It also has water bottle holder which make thing a little more convenient. I recently purchased this elliptical machine for my home and I have to say it has been the best machine I could have bought to improve my cardio. The adjustable resistance settings is such a great feature because you can gauge how much you want to push yourself and how many calories you want to burn depending on the intensity. This elliptical was relatively easy and straightforward to build and it fits comfortably in any corner of the house. The heart rate monitor makes sure I am staying within a target range and not over exerting myself. This machine is great on your joints as well which was the greatest selling point because running on treadmills and outside on pavement can be very damaging to your joints long term but not with this machine. We ordered this elliptical to make our workouts more versatile than just treadmill and we are so so happy with this add. It came in a compact box so it did take about an hour to put it together but you only need one person for that. The elliptical is very sleek looking so I am definitely happy about that. The teal and black color looks beautiful together. We have been using it regularly for a month and the quality is very sturdy. It doesn’t make noise while using it so it’s pretty quiet.
