The scooter is easy to assemble. Nice color. Lights were bright. Rear shock obsorbers, rides well. Cables could be routed better in the front. Tires were deflated and rear tire doesn't hold air. There is no means to contact company to get a replacement tube.

I absolutely love this scooter. Great quality. Basket is nice. Battery charge lasts a LONG time. Seat is okay but uncomfortable for long rides so I'm buying a wider comfy seat. Bell does not work. Seems to be missing something.

I shipped these to a forwarder so I could enjoy these at my caribbean property. This resulted in my needing an export license, I was not aware of this and it cause a very long delay in receiving the scooters, I bought two of them. Once they arrived, they were very simple to assemble. The tires were on the soft side so I used a portable inflator to top them up. One of the tubes burst about 10 minutes after it was inflated. I recommend ordering a portable inflator and spare tubes. The scooters are such a fun ride, I got up to a surprising 20 mph, I found the seat slightly uncomfortable. I was on it for about half an hour, not sure if there is any way to improve the seat comfort, I am going to adjust it to slant a little more downwards to see if that helps. I highly recommend this scooter, it’s zippy, great little basket for carrying things in the back, it has front and rear lights, it looks smart, and handles really well.
