I have bought this scooter in April on a way to reduce my Uber expenses and I am very satisfied while working to get Driver's lisence. I have to tell that the scooter wasn't my first choice when I was working to reduce my expenses. I wanted to buy a bike. But my uncle persuaded me to get a scooter instead. I remembered we choose this brand together and I make the purchase on Amazon. When I received the order, my uncle and my bother assembled it in a few hours. Since then has started my new adventure with this scooter. It has become a good and useful friend and I love riding it to go to work or for fun in my neighborhood. It is my first time using a scooter but I can say it's very practical. The speed is correct for me. By the way, it has three levels of speed, the slow mode (mode 1 >=10 mph mph), the intermediate (mode 2 >=13mph) and the fast mode (mode 3 >=15 mph). Me, usually I ride on mode 2 and it's very comfortable for me. Depends on the road and the distance I ride, when I fully charged my scooter, I can ride it without worring during the whole day. I have a lot good memories with my scooter. Until today, I can say I made a good choice. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to experience this new adventure as me. However, be careful, ride safe. And don't forget to take care of your scooter-frend so you can receive good services in return. ... show more

This scooter was a complete waste of money, don't bother purchasing as it's quality isn't worth the money you put into it. First off, let's start with the issues it had upon arrival. The scooter itself did not have air in the back tire. Now, why's this an issue? Because, in order to inflate the tire properly, one has to know exactly how to center the tire around the rim so when you're in the middle of inflating the inner tube, the tire doesn't slip over the rim. Which it does easily unlike most tires. Secondly, the inner tube in the back, the reason it wasn't inflated upon arrival for me anyways, was that it arrived with a punctured inner tube. Next, the issue with the turning. The center bar after tightening down the metric screw and aligning the bar, is supposed to be able to turn the front tire either direction and one, the wires get in the way of this but two, the tire doesn't even rotate at all, as if it wasn't put together properly in the factory. Next, I'd like to bring up the time it took to arrive versus the time it didn't take to return. Receiving this scooter had to have been the easiest part of this.. ordeal. I got the scooter in a decent window after ordering the product, but here's the thing.. After discovering the many issues this scooter has / had, I put in for a return to get a refund and this is what happened. After putting in for the return, Amazon notifies me that I don't have to print a return label as the carrier will come with a return label to put on the returning product. When the carrier showed up, The UPS driver did not have a return label and said that we had to print one ourselves. Later that day after the driver spoke apparently to an Amazon representative, another driver came back with the label but refused to take the product until the next day. The next day came around no driver came to pick it up. So, I contacted Amazon informing them of this and they said they would ensure that there would be a driver out the next day after. The next day after again no driver showed up, by this point I'm getting irritated. I contact Amazon one more time and I inform them and I tell them, if a driver doesn't show up by tomorrow, that I want a refund in full regardless of if you received the product or not as I've done my due diligence. The next day rolls around and again the same thing no driver. So at this point I call Amazon and I speak to a supervisor and by the end of the day I have the refund already refunded to my card I got to keep the scooter. The point of the whole ordeal was that if you're going to order the scooter expect problems also if you're going to order this scooter expect that you're going to get to keep the scooter and get the refund it's just now you have the scooter to worry about getting rid of. Lastly you'll notice that I don't have photos that is because I had already read boxed it up for the return the day that I thought that someone would be picking it up. never did I think I was going to have to photograph the actual issues of the scooter. Never did I think that there would be this many issues. So to summarize and end this review, The scooter comes with many defects and the scooter takes longer to get it returned, then it does to receive. In my advice, Don't buy this product Don't recommend this product I certainly don't. You'd be better spending your money on Facebook marketplace because there you get to view the item in full not just with a stock photo. There versus here You're guaranteed that the person that brings you the scooter will be back to pick it up if there's a problem. Don't waste your money on this piece of crap.
