Rather than spend 50 bucks for the trx mount, which is functionally the same mount, I find it effective and safe for use. Installed two months ago have been using regularly with no issues.

Got some TRX straps, but they didn’t come with any of the mounting stuff. I used this to mount on the ceiling of my garage. Several weeks and workouts later, it is solid and holding up just fine. It is well made and sturdy.
