Absolutely a favorite toy. This little thing whips around. I live that it has a place where you can put a bike lock on it. Goes about 30 kmh or almost 19mph.. pretty fast. Overall live this thing. The blinkers are kind of useless and I want to attach a mirror ..otherwise great buy!

If I would have read the reviews I would have bought another brand. I’ve rode this scooter 4 times totaling 4 miles and the battery is at 41%. I fully charge the scooter. This means I probably am not going to get remotely close to the 21 miles they advertised. So many problems with this company. First it arrived a week late second the connection cord was damaged when I received it third they handle broken (poorly built). I am giving this to my son and getting something that isn’t a scam ... show more

This is my first electric scooter. Shipping was so quick. I would overall I am happy with my purchase but not completely impressed. The price point is great. However the 80 dollar shipping makes me think of what else I could have bought at that price with free shipping. The scooter is a solid build. Looks clean, and everything functions as it should. The non slip grip was peeling on my scooter which made me think really? 200+ for this. But not to big a deal. The scooter is VERY bumpy on dirt and somewhat bumpy in sidewalkes.. no the best suspension. However, Smooth af on streets. The breaking takes some time to get used to and surprisingly 18 mph doesn't seem that fast. I appreciate the 10inch solid wheels. Gives me confidence that I won't get a flat. The cruise control feature is cool. Riding Up hills severely slows down the scooter. Overall I would give this a 4 out of 5. Room for improvement forsure but a happy buy for an under 200 dollar scooter. The app is also nice to monitor details of the scooter. I look forward to taking her out more but may have been happier with a bester suspension and faster scooter but not sure if you can find that at under 200 bills. ... show more

    • Do NOT Buy!!!! Lasted a few months and is now dead!

Customer Service sent us a new controller, but that did not fix it and now they are supposedly sending us a battery, but it has been weeks with no follow-up. Unacceptable!! Tail light has broken (the wire runs on the underside of the very flimsy rear spoiler and was ripped by the tire). One of the turn signals on the handlebars isn’t working, and the front wheel unscrewed, but thankfully we caught it before there was an accident. ... show more
