I was not sure what to expect but It exceeded my expectations, more powerful and faster than I thought, looks great, headlight is more than bright enough for night riding, suspension works amazing, I'm 220lbs and handling is great, we went trough some wet and muddy grass, great traction on dual mode, brakes work great too, the seat is cushioned and comfortable, this thing is a lot of fun, I can only imagine how good it would handle some trails, make sure you wear all the protective gear and don't exceed your skill level so you can enjoy this powerful scooter without getting hurt, this is not a toy! I'm glad I bought this thing, I try to ride it every chance I have, I haven't verified the range but I rode it for about 10 miles and the battery gauge didn't even move, so I don't think range will ever be a problem, I definitely recommend it! ... show more

My son bought this in June of 2024 to get to work, and he loves it... he's already put over 200 miles on it. He has the 2800w version and it can carry me at 260 pounds up hills without an issue. It is very powerful and quite fast. It's also a very heavy and sturdy machine. There's almost zero flex in the stem of the scooter, which feels much more stable when stopping than some of the adjustable handlebar stems do. The lights are great at night... blinking and flashing like a light show down the stem and sides. He did say that the seat was terribly uncomfortable, and his arm position did look quite awkward when I saw him using it the one time, but I think for some people it's a nice addition that's easily removeable. The charger quit working after only a month... looks like one of the 3 prongs came off inside the plug-head. My son does tend to be hard on things so I don't want to fault the company for something that may not have been their fault. I have reached out to the company about getting a new charger, and they responded almost immediately with a resolution. I was actually shocked at how fast they reached out, and bearing the outcome of that resolution... I think this scooter is perfect for anyone looking to commute to work, or even just scooting around town. This is not a scooter for younger kids, though, or even a lot of teenagers (in my opinion). It can easily hit 30+mph within a couple seconds, and 30 on a scooter feels a lot faster than you would think. ... show more

This thing is HUGE, TAKES UP A LOT OF SPACE. At first I kept being so scared that I broke it. I was having some anxiety. The suspension made a noise so I kept thinking something fell off. Accidentally had it in eco mode and thought the speed limiter was actually because I broke it. 😂, now that I know what I am doing... OMG, IS IT FUN. I drive the thing on full power so I definitely don't get anywhere close to 60miles before my next charge. But so far it hasn't let me down. Just remember it is NOT an ebike. If you power out... You are pushing 100lb scooter. Haha I have since customized. Got a new seat, and rear rack to connect to the seat. I've now ordered custom valve stem caps, and a bag to act as my trunk. Boy oh boy is this thing a head turner. People definitely notice you going by. I haven't been pulled over yet. Knock on wood. It's a blast to ride standing up. I leave the seat on and still stand up often. I keep my feet staggered so that I can stand up anytime I am ready. I was a relative Noob when buying this. But if you want a great entry level off road scooter... This is for you. It does EVERYTHING the more expensive ones on YouTube do. But mine seems better put together. Solid. Sturdy. I worry wrecking might break something on the handlebars. But all other things seem like they could be hit by a tank and keep rolling. I've heard or seen people complain about this company. I have not had to contact customer service. (Although when I thought I broke it I considered it. Glad I didn't.) As far as my experience, the product has exceeded all expectations. One thing to consider, I don't actually believe the speedometer. Cuz at full blast this thing said I got it to 70mph. I just know that's not possible. But boy is it fast. Tires spin out on take off if you aren't ready for the power. 😂 Have fun guys. If I see you out there I'll nod on my way by. P.s. Consider buying a helmet at least to go with it. ... show more

💯 the scooter is bulkier and seemingly built for more rugged terrain. Being a bigger guy (6’2” and 240lbs) I fit comfortably in the scooter. Battery life and performance were good to start. HOWEVER, I bought at the beginning of May and by August battery life and speed were noticeably degrading. Also, from out of the box this scooter was noisier than others I’ve had. A noticeable amount of suspension noise and tin rattle sound from disc brakes. Finally, the brake pads are garbage. Overall… given what I know now I would not recommend or purchase again. I’ve reached out to the company… not impressed with their response. ... show more
