    • Excellent battery life!
I rarely write reviews but this scooter deserves one so here goes. Over the summer my best friend and I decided to take my oldest, 10yr old, down town to a festival. Bestie needed to head home so my kiddo and I thought we could manage walking back home until he saw those darn electric scooters.. I say this reflecting on the "parent part" where I was faced with either making my kid walk home (2miles nearly) because where we live under 18 can not rent the scooters or operate them. Why? Speed I suppose. (Stay with me here... ADHD kicking in so I gotta tell this whole story..) so I grabbed my kiddos hand and headed to a pub, we throw down on loaded fries and wait til it's darker out because my child is definitely going to be captain of the debate team one day.. so I rent these suckers and it's our first time, now I'm nearly 40 with a bad back and previous surgery, my first reaction was.. "We are never making it home, e.r. probably but home this was about to hurt. He gives me a quick tutorial on operating these suckers and we are off flying through back roads and laughing so hard, just engaged and giggling. I felt like a teenager again zipping around my old hangout, we spent over 2 hours touring my childhood streets and 'playing' around. Finally we stop the rental and not shocked over 100 bucks (core memories are Soo expensive 🤣) here is where it gets good. My kiddo couldn't stop thinking about the scooters, truthfully neither did I. So much so that I found the place the repairs them and stores them and went knocking on the doors. Now, I'm not tech savvy but I will ask every question and find the right guy or gal to answer it.. so when I asked how pricey one was because 100 bucks is not a daily spend habit here . . Definitely puts my price range anyways.. they gave me a figure above 500 bucks, and having just spent 100 for 1 day I wasn't expecting that. I asked about used ones or buying from locals and they broke down what to look for. Which lead me to Amazon. After several days of research and reading every review I settled with this brand, why?! Best bang for my buck. Excellent battery life, not as heavy, great range, has a decent comfortability to it, shocks or maybe I just bend at the knees to absorb bumps better. Anyways, this sucker comes in the mail and azon struggled to drop it off, I thought it would be too heavy because the rental ones are heavier, it wasn't. I could lift it and carry as bulky as the box is (I guess it needs to be if it's going to have a whole motorized machine in it, right) so it's light weight and then the cool part-mom dork mode here- it folds. Makes storage amazing. Now the fun part is all of these kids in the neighborhood zip around on this thing but when they are in school I bust it out and head downtown for a small ride. It's peaceful and moves quick, 15-20mph depending on weight and grade of the hill. I usually just walk it up hills to reduce battery consumption bc we'll, after 2 kids I don't weight what my teenage self did so the battery life drains if you are heavier but with my 10yr old and some of the neighbors over 16.. it's fine and last hours. I was on the fence buying and investing into at first but the memories and all around "cool" factor of just breaking it out and enjoying it too leave me with no regrets. The product is fantastic, great sleek colors, speed and battery life are excellent, love that it folds and stores well, charges quickly and offers several modes to reduce battery consumption, we just leave it on the high setting to zip around.. so much fun. The only regret I have is not buying a second one but it's in the future for us for sure. ... show more

    • Fast and easy to use
The scooter that I recieved was great, it had many features, it felt strong, and it had a pretty fast speed. Overall, it was a good scooter, however one thing that can be improved is maybe a longer battery life. Other than that I had no complaints and it was fun to use

    • Charging issues
Do not buy this scooter. If you let the scooter die and try to charge it again it will not charge. Their “chip” inside the scooter will become damaged and will not allow you to charge it. I bought this for my preteen and he didn’t charge it for 1 day and when he went to go charge it it never fully charged. Then after finding the manual it states in there that if it’s not charged consecutively then it will be damaged and they don’t cover it under warranty. My other son has a scooter from a different company and we never have any issues charging no matter how long it goes without charging it. Why in the world would you make a scooter that costs this much to be damaged if it isn’t charged constantly. Waste of money as my son was only able to ride for a few months. Super disappointed and will never buy a scooter from this brand/company again. ... show more

    • Pretty good scooter
The scooters I’ve brought are very nice looking. Easy to assemble and can go very fast. Up to about 21 mph so far. The scooters don’t climb well up hill. Although , when had an issue with one of the scooters four days after use. There was some difficulty with getting the needed part replace to the point the issue seemed to resolve it self. Although the customer service rep I dealt with was nice. So far the scooters are still working. Just make sure that you not only check that you have everything once the box is opened. Also video when it first turn on and video every single problem. Do not only take pictures. ... show more

I got this scooter to use it for work or to go out in my city only so I don’t have to waste so much money of Lyft and stuff very reliable and affordable and has an app where u can change stuff to your liking and you can lock your scooter thru the app

Some of the reviews had me worried but so far day one I do not regret buying this scooter. It made it up to 30 mph and stayed consistent. I hope this will continue. I did have to fight with some of the wires when attaching the handlebars and I can see the connection becoming an issue down the road as the rides a bit rough. Charging doesn't take long but she runs down rather fast so I'm going to have to keep her charging before use, but that shouldn't be much of an issue for what I got her for. As my trips are all with in a 1-2 mile radius. I'll come back and reedit this review over time, but when it comes to price and what you get. Worth it 100% ... show more

    • A fun electric scooter
This is a perfect electric scooter for me to use between office sites. Before, I would sometimes walk up to 5 miles a day, developing a sore heel and knee, walking back and forth between buildings. This is a simple, lightweight and effective vehicle to get me places faster. It’s also super fun!

This is a budget friendly scooter especially with the options available. More over priced versions are basic with out a pairing app that is very useful This scooter is going 25 mph I'm not sure how many miles. Very torquay motor I'm about 200lb and it move picks up speed quickly.
