It came in a very solid packaging and has everything you need to install. Installation is very easy, only 4 screws and 5 mins, It's done! I've been using it daily to ride my daughter to the park, and the ride is very smooth. Speed: Theee are 3 speeds with eco around 5-6 mph, and sport up to 20 mph. When you hit sport, it's so powerful and accelerates fast. Battery: A full charge runs about 22 miles in eco speed (my daily, since I am carry my daughter with me), It can also be folded and easy to put in any car I havent figure out how to lock it. The media could not be loaded. What I enjoy most about this electric scooter is its overall versatility and user-friendly design. When we received it in the box, there was almost no assembly required. The manuals efficiently taught us how to sync their mobile app to the vehicle, allowing us to control its speed settings. On the function itself, this scooter provides a very smooth ride. Its acceleration is incredible. It has 3 speed settings that allow us to control the speed of the ride without too much concern for how "hard" we're pressing. There is also a cruise setting on the app! I live on campus in the south and my campus is huge. I use this to get around campus. The battery last a long time. I got a few weeks without needing to charge. It’s pretty fast and the wheel is good going down hills. The body is metal and rubber it’s durable. It does fold but I never fold it. The design of the scooter is modern, but the logo is a little out of place, but nobody will see. Great investment! ... show more

i tested it out today and i even downloaded the app to raise the mileage to 19 but it was still only going to 11 while i was riding it so that was very disappointing but i guess i can say that it will get me from point A to point B.
