Love this scooter, im 250lbs and the motor gets me 28mph speed. Had to duct tape the part that folds up cause big bumps make it come loose, but other than that great scooter. Well padded seat and dual disk brakes work great. Not for kids. Solid tires make for rough ride but you get used to it.

I’d give this a zero if I could. Product came defective, the horn wasn’t working, the folding mechanism wasn’t folding and the front wheel was missing a space plus the product support is terrible. They take forever to respond and never drop a number to call. You are better off buying a different scooter plus the advertising is false they lie about the distance it goes in miles ... show more

The scooter is not assembled, after attaching the front wheel myself the brake scrapes. The front headlight & lights on the bottom of the deck do not work. The scooter does not go 32 mph. It does go 32 Kmh. Brakes are good and stop quickly, speedometer is sleek.

Disappointed with cheap parts and low quality. Top speed was a about 20mph on flat surface, only hit 30mph going down hill at full power and wobbled all over. Doesn't feel anywhere close to 800 watts Just go ahead and get agas powered s scooter like the GY6 or a Tao Tao Pony 50cc for a little more money. Sent this one back . ... show more

Easy to put together and the horn and all lights work great. Only thing I don’t like is that it Only goes 25 mph when fully charged I did not hit 30. It also loses battery very quickly and speedometer is wrong.

But ima buy a bicycling poncho need to get to work and home with this bad boy big use it right now to uber love it but haven't used it in rainy weather which I know I shouldn't but I'm going try to protect it ill give u all an update on my first raining day and the mode should have an option to change it from km to mph but it doesn't.... but it's worth the price just gotta see if it stands some rain and if can be protected with a poncho. Wish me luck. So the scooter works fine with a poncho in the rain.. Bought a second one for my family member .bime horn won't work 😒 5 star for first order 3 for 2nd and no I can't return it I use it to get to and from work apparently factory won't send me a new horn..... sucks whata the sense of having insurance? ... show more

Buyer beware ---- Scooter only 9 months old & lightly ridden, No customer service or replacement part help outside of the short return date window. When your scooter becomes in need of any failed replacement parts, have no choice but to recycle it or throw it into the trash buying a replacement scooter, this thought me to buy from only sellers that sale failed replacement parts, or have options help in finding failed replacement parts outside of return window, ... show more
