Love it. The heat is only one choice and doesn’t heat up room like I’d like. Otherwise, it’s flames look realistic. I noticed how visitors stare at it just like you stare at a real burning fireplace.

the plug in cord to the wall gets very hot during use..it's kind of worrisome so i usually unplug it after about 2 hours..??
