This item came packaged so wonderfully. It was a box within a box with high quality packaging around the internal box. Was very impressed with this, being it's large and somewhat heavy nice to see this as no damage could occur. This fireplace is beautiful and it fit right in the spot we put it. Couldn't be happier. We didn't use the wood look or the wood pieces only the colored rocks. It comes with some amber and brown which really adds to the color. Highly recommend this fireplace. ... show more

I absolutely love my fireplace. It's so beautiful and the fact that you can change colors and brightness and dimming is a plus. It's so cozy. You can also put the mode on just for looks or heat. I see myself having it on all the time.

It fits very nicely and is no very loud for its size. I wished it had more heat. The instructions had no procedures to remove the glass to get the shipping materials out.
