These are very sturdy and well-made plates, bowls, and cups. They arrived well-packaged and in good condition, which I appreciated. The plates are full size at 10.5 inches and are very sturdy feeling. The look and finish are high quality. The 8-inch salad plates are nice enough to use as a regular plate for some meals. The 7-inch salad bowls are also nice, but I wish they were a bit deeper. The mugs are slightly larger than my last one at 14 oz and a 4-inch height, which I love. My only real complaint is that I ordered the blue glaze and ended up with white. It's a bit of a disappointment as the blue looked great in the pictures, but it's still a very nice set and the white is nice too. The box they came in had blue stenciled on the side, so it's hard to fault whoever shipped it. It must have been a mistake at the production facility. Overall, this is a very nice dinnerware set. The glaze is really nice looking and the finish on all of the items makes it very easy to clean them. With the slight issue of the wrong color arriving, I am pleased with this product. ... show more

This set of dishes are nice and are a more petite size, being that a lot of dish sets these days come with huge plates and bowls. I ordered the black set and they come with a very nice glaze and spackle design as shown in the photos. The coffee cup size is what I would say is a normal size for every day use. Microwave and dishwasher, safe, who doesn’t love that? All in all, they seem to be very good quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. ... show more

This is a very nice 4-place setting for someone getting into a new apartment or dorm who needs a starter set of their own plates for the first time. It's got everything they'll need, and it's all pretty sturdy stuff that will hold up to a lot of abuse. Very pretty blue color, looks and feels great.

I had been wanting to change out our dishes for a while, but was waiting for just the right set. I really love the look of pottery glaze, so I was really excited to try these! I was not disappointed in the least! They are excellent quality, and a hit with the whole family!!! They are durable and easy to wash and look great! Everything is the perfect size. I know many who eat out of paper plates, but I prefer real dishes. This is a great set to have in anyone's kitchen. They're made of ceramic and are very sturdy. They look good on a casual table or a table set for a special occasion. It offers a service of four. You have your bowls, cups and saucers, salad plates and dinner plates. Not only are they microwavable safe, but dishwasher safe as well. They will make a nice housewarming gift for my son and daughter-in-law who just purchased a new home.
