It's hard to believe how well they work. My youngest granddaughters throw a fit when they have to get their hair brushed and if you let them do it themselves they just barely skim over the top and leave a rats nest underneath. I ordered the 2 pack for my daughter's 9th birthday. She is hitting the "girlie girl" stage. I was also sick of always searching for a brush before school or gymnastics. These are great. The way that they are curved makes it feel like they hug your head. My daughter is also very hair sensitive. She was blessed with my fine, thin hair that easily tangles. I use to have to fight with her to brush her hair. I can't count the number of times she only brushed the front or chose to do a messy pony tail to avoid removing tangles. I was the same way as a child but I have learned some tips along the way that keep the pain to a minimum. She still hated it! Now maybe it was a stage and she is outgrowing it or maybe it is these magical brushes! I don't know but I love the brushes as well. They make your hair feel so soft after using and I notice a lot less hair in the brush after brushing.
