My order of 2 pillows arrived on time. I would also say that my order was correst. 2 things I expect from Amazon. What I didn't expect was my "new" pillows arriving vacuum sealed, compressed flat flat and rolled up into 2 tightly rolled things Saran wrapped to each other. Maybe the size of a shoebox. The pilloows are soft not very supportive. Both are the same color grey. I feel like it would be important to know that pillows arrive completely flat, rolled up and wrinkled. They do expand but not to normal "new" pillow size. I should have purchased pillows from a local supplier ensuring the firmness, fluffiness, color, weight are all up to my standards. Like most items for sale these days returns are welcome but it always seems like it is such a task. The pillows do appear well made as far as craftsmanship so there is that.
