When I received this item, I found out that it was not 3D to comply with our doctor’s order. Within days, Mark, at the service department immediately apologized, send us the upgraded correct machine, a full 4D and many extras to compensate for the misrepresentation. Everything was expedited and in three weeks we were able to start the prescribed treatment. Mark was superb, efficient and very empathic with our situation. I didn't receive the covers for the holes that are present when the seat isn't being used. I sent a message about that when I first got the WBV, I never heard back from them. I do love this unit because it is so quiet, but recently it started making a noise on the right side. I saw they have 24/7 text for support on Whatsapp, so I sent 2 messages to explain the issue. No response! So no 24/7 CS! It has been a week since I sent the message. I have been using WBV for many years, so I have had a number of units, I do like this one because of the seat, but if you have a issue and can't make contact with the Company, I would go with a different unit. Also, the remote has to be right above the base, so close I could also touch the buttons, so the remote is useless. ... show more

The machine works well. No instructions for the different levels. Or what the different levels are supposed to do. And the side stretch robes are weak. They don't really do anything. Maybe if you're a lot taller you have more stretch to work with them.

i was excited when i opened the box…it was packed nicely and seemed very solid when i took it out. putting it together was very simple, you just need to screw two pieces into the seat with the provided tool and hardware. the legs for the seat and the handles are the same thing so presumably yo would remove them from the seat if you wanted to use them on the platform. i don’t think this is an issue, it is fairly easy. i was pretty disappointed when i plugged it in and turned it on to find it did not work. for awareness, there is an on/off switch on the back and a power button on the platform with the other controls. the machine made a humming sound but no vibration at all. i tried turning it off and unplugging it etc but still nothing. i am assuming there are regular quality issues with these because enclosed in the package was a note asking to text a whatsapp number instead of returning through amazon if there were any problems. i returned it through amazon anyway. ... show more

    • Machine itself appears to be very well made and easy to use.
The only assembly was attaching the handles, and they supplied the tool required. The booklet supplied with the machine, gave basic operating instructions only, nothing about how to get started actually using it. I had downloaded the kindle book “Whole body vibration for seniors”, which emphasized starting slow, which I am. So I still have limited results, as I have only had it a few days. But, it is fun to use, I expect my balance, leg strength, core strength is already improving, and I have only sat or stood on it for 5 minutes at a time. I am determined to stay as active and healthy as I can in my senior years, and I believe this machine is going to really help me, and it is fun to use, as the machine does all the work.
