The media could not be loaded. Press works great. Even heating, easy to use and great pressure. My only con is that the shrink wrap that holds the cables to the heating element ripped. Not sending it back since I already had to send my other press back.

This is perfect for making tumblers!!! I have to say it does have this terrible smell. I got used to it and we all agree over time and usage, over 200 cups now, it is going away and not nearly as bad as it was. However it works great and with it having 2 sides it is a game changer. Double the cups!

I absolutely love this machine. It is beautiful, and so conveyant to use with the double press . That said I have had it just under a year and one of the heat elements/ press sides has already gone out. I am trying to contact the company now to see if I should ship the whole machine back ( It is still returnable at this time.)and request a new one or if they replace the element. Hoping for resolution quickly as before this issue, the machine was great and I always refered friends to buy the same one! ... show more
