The media could not be loaded. Sooo I finally received my press yesterday, ordered it on December 28th. This is my 3rd Eenour press. I already have the manual press and the double press. I LOVE the color, as purple is my favorite color. It's larger than I expected but not too big. It was easy to figure out how to use it right out of the box. I love how fast the press heats up. Literally took less than 5 minutes. You can actually see it rotate the tumbler. I no longer have to stay close by so I can hurry up and rotate the tumbler. I did have some ghosting at the bottom of my tumbler, but not horrible ghosting. I know I need to play with it a little more to fix that issue. The price was not too bad either, total I paid less than $200. Overall, I love it. I can't wait to use it more and familiarize myself with it. ... show more

I am always starting hobbies and wanted to start making tumblers for family and friends - especially for family reunions. I had an older, used machine that finally gave up and was cheaply made. This press machine is quality, sturdy, and really safe - when the tumbler is inserted into the machine it automatically turns the tumbler and applies the correct amount of pressure to the sublimation paper on all side - there is no need for me to touch the hot item and rotate myself. This feature alone is a gem! It warms up quickly and is ready for use in seconds - and it pretty to look at. Took a picture of my first use - I am pleased with my work if I do say so myself. The media could not be loaded. The heat press makes loud popping noises when it closes. It’s faster than the previous version but it seems something is stuck or catching each time it cycles to close. Also I can not get a good press around the bottom or top with ghosting. I did not experience this with the previous model. I will be returning and going back to previous model ... show more

I tried a tumbler and see pictures for results. It is not accurate. I basically wasted a cup. It is ready and easy to use. You can fit upto a 30oz. I do like the auto turning function. The color and smell is fine. The value for the money is not worth it. It did not work..i highly would not recommend
