I have tried so many coffees, but they all made me sick sooner or later with heavy sinus inflammation and congestion due to mold contamination or a stomach ache due to being overly bitter. I have never had a problem with Stumptown coffee. It is now the only coffee I will drink. I love the hint of caramel flavor. It is always fresh and flavorful. I really wanted Kona coffee, but it is so ridiculously expensive that I tried something else. I saw a review of this Stumptown Holler Mountain on the Delish website and gave it a shot. It is really good. We love coffee, but usually, the smell in the bag before brewing is not something I like. Most coffees smell skunky to me before brewing. This stuff smelled great! We made a pot and it is great. I'll probably get on the subscription for it. We use pods most of the time during the week for convenience sake and brew pots on the weekend. I lucked out and received a fresh bag of coffee. It annoys me that coffee roasters are going away from printing roast dates, and fewer and fewer roasters are identifying, light, med, and dark roast. How are we supposed to find nice fresh light roast coffee if it's not printed on the bag? Rant over.
