When I first saw this machine popping up on YouTube, I thought what a great innovation (automatic rotation). I have another tumbler press so couldn't justify getting it at the time. Well, my curiosity got the best of me so I hit that "Add to Cart", "Proceed to Checkout" buttons and so glad I did because I LOVE IT!! When I purchased on 6/30/24, I paid $30 more than the current Amazon Prime price of $199.99 vs. regular price of 299.99. Pictured is my first project and my first time sublimating any glassware. The images on glassware tend to be lighter in color so I printed the image twice before sublimating. If you try this, let the image dry completely before printing the second time. On the back, at the top of the paper, add a small pencil mark so you'll know the direction to feed or put the paper in your tray for the second print. For sublimating the glassware, I used the "2" setting and made no adjustments and it subbed beautifully. The sublimation paper was a bit dark (like it was burning) because I don't typically use butcher or parchment paper to wrap/cover my projects before adding to the press. The sublimation paper I use is quick release so it doesn't require those typical high temperatures and long times like some other papers. Next time, I'll adjust the temperature down to about 375 degrees, but will leave the time (120 for both rotations) and pressure (55) as is. I have to admit I did go to YouTube to understand how to adjust the temp, time and pressure because initially I wasn't understanding the instruction booklet. Even though I didn't make any adjustments for this project, I wanted to understand how it was done. Now, I do and it's really simple. I purchased this product on Oct 9, 2024 and used it 1x to make approx 15 mugs. All worked fine. The next time I used it for Christmas Gifts it stopped heating up. I contacted the seller and he worked with me. At the end, I got a new machine.

Just bought this about 4 months ago— at first I loved it… 10 tumblers in, it started bubbling, smoking, then smelling awful… Thought it needed a rest, so I did just that… Just used it for small projects—- annoying because I bought it to make big projects go faster… Then I started using it for mugs and the bubbles got worse after one use…. The smell was unbearable, the heat unstable, and —- did I mention the smell??? It’s worth a second mention. Too bad I can’t return this… I totally wasted my money… ... show more

Unfortunately, the machine I ordered had a problem and did not work properly, but when I contacted their customer service department by email they responded very quickly and tried to help me solve the problem. They even sent a replacement part for me to try. I was disappointed the machine did not work, but I cannot complain because the excellent customer service represented did everything possible. I have been doing epoxy cups for awhile and wanted to get into sublimation cups. After some research, I found it best to get one that did the spinning of the cup for me. Some people get busy on the next cup and forget to rotate. Eenour does the rotation for you. It took a few days for the sublimation cups to come in, but we did seven cups in an hour.
