I ordered this as a last minute need. It does the trick, but do not expect any body or bulk to this pillow. It comes vacuum sealed, which is to be expected. However, after letting it rise to its full dimensions, it was still too flat and did not have any heft to it. Would not recommend if you need a bulkier or stiffer pillow. ... show more

I have never been a fan of soft pillows and have usually preferred firm, but I decided to try this one and I was pleasantly surprised. It is soft yet seems to mold to the shape of my head and still manages to provide support. I almost always sleep on my side or stomach and this pillow works great for me. In the past I always seemed to get a sore neck whenever I slept on soft pillows, but not this one.
