We had difficulty engaging the sprinkler using the parts that were provided. We couldn’t get the water to flow out of the sprinkler. Instead, we just connected the hose onto the unit. It was the easiest sprinkler to operate, that we have ever had. The range adjuster was particularly helpful and worked well. This is a great sprinkler that has sturdy plastics material. There is no leakage and good water pressure. We used it in our backyard where our 80 lb dogs love to run and play, and it has withstood them running over it! The only con I have is that you cannot adjust the spray width. This works for us in a large open area such as our back yard but isn’t as functional in our front yard. Couldn't be happier. Works great right out of the box. I put it to work immediately without the need for the instructions. It's pretty simple. I don't and I doubt that I will ever use the quick connectors that come with it. We've had a low amount of rain this year and I have a rain water collection system for my vegetable garden. Instead of watering plants individually I got this to do the whole thing. Freeing me up to do other things while only having to keep and eye on it. It works great with the pump I have for the system ( it's a big pump and pushes a lot of water) and will water the entire 30x30ft plot from one side or the other. Adjusting easily to stop where I want. It would even more easily cover it from the middle but I have a humongous tomato plant there.     • Works great after six months. Don't forget this needs Maintenance l is amtrying else.

My first thought when I got this was it's so lightweight. That may means I need to place it down gently and if the grass is thick level it. It stopped oscillating six months after purchase. (Instructions nelow) Eden customer care emailed me after I went to their site and filed our a help request. They helped me get it working. I did add one step and that was pt some vinegar in. If that didn't work I would have soaked it in a vinegar bath. Either debris or calcium build up must have made it stop. I understand you are having a problem with your sprinkler 96213, not oscillating. Please check your sprinkler for obstructions that may be impeding the oscillation. First unscrew the sprinkler from the hose to make sure there is no blockage of water flow into the sprinkler. Then, remove the end plug and clean out the spray nozzles. Before reinserting the end plug, reattach to the hose and run water through for 15-30 seconds to clear any debris that may be caught inside. Reinsert the end plug and lock into place. This sprinkler does what it says. The quality is great and it is not too heavy but doesn’t move when the water is on full blast. The spray covers a good distance for my yard. This was a good price compared to ones I found in stores.
