Just blew leaves today 11/16/24, for about two hours. My new ECHO PB-2520 blower in one hand and my old Stihl BG85C in the other. The Echo blew a little harder, was a little lighter, and lasted a lot longer on a tank of fuel. Now I've had the Stihl for about 4 years and on the third carburetor.     • Easy to start works great!
My order was delivered within two days. Awesome, that’s fast! I already own several echo machines. Just like them this one was easy to start and, it ran like a champ. I really like the power this machine delivers! I expected it to weigh a little more than it did. Even then, I had to frequently change hands. What I didn’t like was when I held it with my right hand, I noticed that it would pull up next to my leg blocking the intake fan. I had to be cognizant of that every time I held it with my right hand. The only other problem I found was that the pipe extension will not stay on. Throttle up the blower and the pipe extension would detach every time. I kind of expected something like that after reading many of the review's before I ordered. Going to have to duct tape the two pipe pieces together! ... show more

With 4 large oak trees, this blower is a huge help in the fall. Blowing the leaves away from the perimeter of the house allows to quickly mulch over them. I've only used the blower several times and so far am happy with my purchase. I find it easy to hold and control. The only issue I have is when the blower is cold, it is a little hard for me to start. But once started is very easy use. ... show more

I like the way this blower starts up, quick and easy every time. It is reasonably quiet, though I still have to wear my ear protection. It blows a fairly strong gust of wind. The only thing I would have liked it to come with was a longer blower pipe with a flattened mouth. Otherwise I am well pleased with my purchase: price, size and quality. ... show more
