These plants went from Florida to Oregon and only one fell out of its pot. Not a single duplicate plant and each one came labeled clearly. The one that fell out of its pot was small but healthy, the existing leaves died off but it has nice buds growing in so I’m sure it’s going to come in strong and happy just like the other 11. ... show more

This is a nice assortment of plants that are safe for pets. One of the plants was out of the planter and the roots destroyed in shipping. I quickly replanted the 5 plants and they are doing well so far. The plants come with a card from the grower saying if you have questions or problems with the order to contact them. I immediately emailed to see if the broken plant could be saved. They never answered so I just tossed it. Even though one died, it is still a very good buy and the plants are very nice. ... show more

I just got these a couple days ago, so We will see how these go, but for first impressions... Four of the little plants had labels of what they were, the other two are mysteries, and for a girl who does not have a green thumb and is learning, that's not a great thing! One of the labeled ones, a Reverse Sider Plant, half of the leaves are damaged in some form... quite sad really :( so my daughter suggested taking the whole plant out of the dirt and letting the roots get hardier in water, so that's what is going on with that one. I cross my fingers it grows well! For the two that aren't labeled, I've gone ahead and repotted them, but have yet to identify, so they are getting half-sun until we figure them out... All are quite cute, and I can't wait to see them grow! I'd buy again just to see which six plants I'd get, and hope they'd all be labled and not damaged. BUT greatly disappointed that it wasn't complete :( ... show more

Update: If you are unhappy with your plant quality, don't be afraid to contact the email they sent in the box. Customer service got back to me within 24 hours and not only helped identify the unlabeled plants, offered tips on how I could hospice the poorly specimens if I wanted to try. And though I only requested a partial replacement for the 3-4 plants that were doomed, they sent me a whole new box of 12 babies! The replacement came through Fedex rather than Amazon and though it took a few days in transit they still arrived in better shape. I would say only one of the replacement box is doing poorly (and I hold out hope yet). Overall I'm really impressed with customer service and the general quality. I'll be ordering from them again. Original review: Amazon did these guys no favors by yeeting the box into my package locker but it's fine. Still unboxing them to check thoroughly for pests or root problems but a 3 star rating seems valid. Most arrived in decent to good quality; some, like the transcadenia have seen better days while some like the croton would fight God for fun. Im mostly annoyed that about 1/3 of them came with no identification placard and I had to guess/Google. 1 of them appears to be a succulent, which is not even on the list of options. It's on death's door, but I'm more annoyed that I cant figure out the type of plant to do hospice and propagate what I can. I can make educated guesses but I'm still new to plants so the experts at this shop actually labeling their crop would have been nice. I wouldn't mind customer service contacting me to replace the ones that aren't well or at least identify this dang thing with confidence for me. I would increase my review for that, bc a few plants being harmed in transit is reasonable....IF the seller works with you to amend the issue, and I see no way to contact them. ... show more
