    • Very impressed with the Airwrap! Love it!
I waited to write a review until I’ve had some experience with the airwrap. I read all the comments about the price, but after watching some videos I decided to treat myself. I have to say, I wasn’t disappointed. I found it very easy to use, I use the brush attachment closer to the roots for a smooth look, I’ll then use the wands for the ends to get the curls in. I’ve not used the brush attachments too often, but they are there when I need them. The attachments are easily interchangeable by pushing a button, and the controls are perfectly located on the airwrap so there’s no need to turn or twist the unit while drying your hair. I’ve also purchased the travel case as I will be going on a trip soon and plan on taking the airwrap with me. As for the cost, yes it’s pricey, but I find it impressive, I use it often, not only when I’m drying my hair but in between washes for touchups. I also noticed that using the cooler setting has improved the condition of my hair and I am very happy with it. I understand Dyson has come out with a new single wand that can wrap your hair in both directions, instead of using the left/right ones that come with the airwrap. So I will be looking to get that next. I gave it five stars because yes, I find it very easy to use. I gave it four stars for the value only because of the price-it is expensive. And I gave it just one star about it being giftable, again just because of the price. But if you’re interested in getting somebody a VERY nice gift, this definitely would make an impression! Overall, I love it. I will add that friends have complimented me on my hair since using the airwrap, so it does make a noticeable difference. YOLO ... show more

    • My hair is just too thin…
I’ve wanted this for SO long. My hair is thinner than baby fine, and I don’t have much of it. I was hoping that this, in conjunction with really good quality hairstyling products, would give the appearance of more volume by adding some shape to my baby fine hair. But it doesn’t. Not for my little bit of hair anyway. I bought it here on Amazon on purpose, knowing that I could return it if I had to. I am SO bummed. I just can’t afford to keep it since it doesn’t add volume for more than 10 minutes. My hair is super shiny with this, but I can’t afford to spend this much just for the shine. Seriously sad that this didn’t work for my hair. Hopefully it will for yours. ... show more

    • Is Dyson worth it? YES hands down!
My daughter has naturally curly hair and has been frustrated at trying to do blow outs at home. She doesn't have the patience or the arm strength really to roll the hair and get it straight. Then she dislikes the flat iron for burning the hair or causing damage. She has been successful using the Dyson - it's a game changer! Why? It's super easy to use and cuts down on the time to stand there and roll out the hair layer by layer. She LOVES this! I love this because it makes her happy. She is not going to straighten her hair - she embraces her curly hair - but she does want to wear it different ways and this is fabulous!     • Looks great but tricky to master
Wanted a Dyson for ages, but initially found it difficult to use, and on my thinner hair , styles didn’t really hold , contacted Dyson who recommended products to help (£10 each) but didn’t really make a difference. On the plus side the more you use it the easier / better you get , does definitely help to give the hair the cool shot before releasing the styler, and I have noticed my hair is more shiny now. If I’m honest don’t think it’s worth the exorbitant price tag but having said that am glad I have it now ( it was a gift) ... show more

    • A very expensive curler.
Not worth the investment, but fun to mess with. Not sure I’ve mastered the learning curve on this, but my boyfriend loves it. He used it to flip his ends and it worked great for that.

    • Helps with my frizzy hair.
I was a bit apprehensive about spending $500. But, once it came and I began using it I was very pleased. The light weight of the Dyson helps with the arm and hand fatigue when drying my long thick hair. I no longer feel like I’m sweating to death while blow drying my hair. And finally, my hair tends to frizz easily because it is naturally curly and the Dyson has reduced the frizz I experienced with other hair dryers. ... show more
