I got this for my boyfriend and loved it. You will need to get an electrician to your home to set up a line to run to your breaker. It doesn’t take long at all but it won’t run unless it has proper electrical wiring. I love it. It gets extremely hot. It’s perfect to lay down in for one person. You can fit two people sitting inside - But I would not say 3. I absolutely love it. If you’re worried don’t be - just buy it. :). Also my skin complexion looks amazing since using it. ... show more

    • Arrived with no damage. Works perfectly.
The seller was in contact with me immediately and told me what to expect. Delivery was on time with no damage. Packaging was great. Sauna heats to 150 with room tmp of 70 degrees.

We bought a 3 person dynamic sauna in November 2020. The sauna arrived in good shape and the delivery people left it in my garage. It definitely requires at least 2 people to move it, unpack it and assemble it. It wasn't too hard to assemble, but they could have made it much easier by telling customers clearly what is needed to install it prior to assembly. Specifically, the electrical requirements are not STANDARD. Yes, they did mention that you need a 20Amp dedicated line. But you also need a special receptacle called an NEMA 5-20. These are readily available at Home Depot and Lowes and its an easy DIY project to replace the old one. My challenge was that I discovered that I needed a 6ft extension cord as well. After hours of searching on line and going to Home Depot and Lowes, I called a local Electrical supply company and bought the component parts and built my own cord for about $20. After that hours long delay, everything was pretty simple! We installed the unit in a very tight space. So with some creativity to address our spacing constraints, we were able to snap and screw everything together in just a few hours. The unit looks great! On our first session we cranked the heat up to 145. It heated up really quickly and hit the temperature we requested. The blue tooth sound system was simple and the sound was good.
