I previously owned a 2-person sauna and loved it but I wanted something smaller and easier to move. We sold our large unit rather than move it to our current location. I spent a lot of time reading reviews and reviewing specifications for 6 similar wooden saunas. This sauna is super easy to assemble with lightweight yet sturdy panels that aren’t cumbersome to lift or move. Each panel is marked and they easily latch together. There aren’t gaps of any kind as mentioned in reviews on other units. This unit will not require any modifications or repairs by the buyer. Assembly should take 2 people less than 15 minutes. Just follow the pictures and it’s simple enough to not even need words. It doesn’t require 2 people to assemble but it was nice having 4 hands instead of 2 during assembly. This unit heated up to 140 quickly and that was a plus when compared to my double unit. That unit took almost twice as long to heat up to my desired temperature. This unit functioned beautifully during my first session. It maintained the temperature I set and stayed within 3 degrees for the duration. It was my choice not to plug in the foot panel. I decided to set up the sauna in a carpeted room and the panel below the seat is not close enough to the carpet to be an issue as the foot panel would be. Even with using only 4 panels, this unit had no difficulties obtaining nor maintaining my desired temperature. I see no reason that the unit would not be able to achieve and maintain higher temperatures, but I personally don’t have a desire for my sauna to be above 140 degrees. Reviews for other units seemed to conflict about reaching and maintaining 120 degrees. This unit reached my selected temperature even before I was ready to begin my session. The wood cabinet smells wonderful and attention was given to making sure all surfaces are smooth. I was also impressed that I received the unit within 3 days of ordering it and a week sooner than the estimated delivery date. The sauna was shipped in 2 boxes. The tall pieces were in one box and the bench, top and bottom were in another. There was some slight damage in several places to the shipping box but that’s an issue with the shipper, not the seller. There was no damage to any of the sauna pieces and I was very impressed by that. No friction damage from panels rubbing together nor from where the shipping box was dented or torn. I thought the unit would feel small but it does not. I am 5’4” and my feet are not quite flush with the floor when sitting on the bench. I love having a full glass door and glad that this manufacturer did not install the foot panel on the glass door as another company decided to. The glass door latches securely and there was no need to adjust the position of magnets as mentioned in reviews with other saunas. I would describe this unit as lightweight but solid. As far as a taller person using this unit, I did not have to dip my head to enter. My knees weren’t close the the glass door at all. As far as foot room, when sitting on the bench, with my arms fully extended, I can touch the glass with my fingertips. If I flex my fingers up to the ceiling, I cannot reach the glass. I think the overall size of this unit is perfect. It’s an attractive unit and a permanent addition to our guest room. Once again I was happy that I bought a one person sauna, as it takes up as much wall space as a chest of drawers. It does not consume so much of a room as my last unit did and we referred to that one as a beast. This unit’s size gives it much more flexibility in where the owner can set it up. I am very glad I compared this unit to others because I think it’s a winner for sure. Reviews on some of the comparable units were having me question purchasing a one person verses a two person sauna. If you’re a believer in “you get what you pay for”, you’ll be getting a quality sauna for an affordable price. Bigger isn’t always better. I have no hesitation with recommending this sauna. This sauna is well-designed with advance thought for easy assembly. The panels were pre-wired and all the heating units came installed on them. My son and I were able to buckle the panels together, connect the plugs, and get it all set up in much less than an hour. It really does take 2 people, not because the pieces are too heavy, but they are bulky and require steadiness to align them. The instructions are basically very clear pictures, step by step, no words. We only made one mistake in the setup: we installed the ceiling with incorrect orientation (back to front). There was no labeling to tip us off, but the wiring from the ceiling to drive the O2 ionizer was on the right (looking in from the front), but it was clear the ionizer was supposed to be mounted on the left.. Easily corrected. Just lift, rotate and reseat. FYI, the heat sensor in the ceiling should be to the rear of the unit. The temperature is fairly accurate (it matches an independent thermometer within a few degrees). It does take about 25 minutes to pre-heat to target temp before you get in. The lighting, the blue-tooth, FM radio and MP3 all work fine and have separate volume controls. Target temperature and adjustable timer function well. I (74 yo female) have a sauna session 3 or 4 times a week. It's very refreshing and helps me sleep (afterwards!). My son (age 40) is using the infrared treatment as part of his cancer treatment. He uses it more often than I. I had to reach out to the seller prior to installation (with a question about the serial numbers). Their response was prompt and helpful. This product is labeled as being for "1-2 persons", but it's really too narrow for 2 adults. Not a problem for me, but if you want someone to keep you company while you sweat look for a wider unit. ... show more

We purchased this sauna as part of our diet and lifestyle changes. Living on the coast we rarely sweat, and sweating is an important detoxification pathway. The sauna was fairly easy to assemble with a few minor adjustments. Locking the seat into place was tricky, but once the seat locked in the rest was simple. The sauna is small for one person, but it works great. I think it offers good value and it’s size isn’t to imposing. Comfort is subjective and depends on each individual, but if you can set on a hard surface the sauna will be comfortable. The size makes it easy to move if needed. The only problem, and it's not a big deal, is the Bluetooth connection. I’ve connected once, but I’ve not been able to connect again. ... show more

The sauna was easy to assemble, was in great condition, and heats up to 65C quickly (10-15min). My only complaint is that the Bluetooth speakers have a buzz undertone. I just bring my wonderboom speaker into the sauna instead. Be sure to buy a backrest so you can sit comfortably.

I don’t review often but I need to for this. I was in the fence, does it get hot enough? How is the quality? Will it last? I have used it twice now and it’s great! Got it to 150, it’s get hot enough. It’s really hot. The speakers sound decent. The lights work well. The thing goes together in 10min, super easy. I’m 5-10, 225 with an out of shape athletic build and it fits me fine. Can’t do two people but I have plenty of room. The quality is good enough to last from what I can see. Time will tell. It fits in a small space too. I freaking love this.
