(US perspective) This one-person sauna was much easier to assemble than my previous sauna. While this one is small, it’s perfect for the limited space in my condo. I’m 5’7 and 164 lbs. I had to stoop to get in but once seated, I was comfortable and had plenty of head room. It might not be comfortable for a taller or heavier person. The craftsmanship is excellent. For example, you can easily determine the front side of the bench seat when assembling because it’s nicely curved and sanded smoothly. All the interior natural wood is smooth and pleasing; the glass door is beautiful. The light cherry stain on the outside is gorgeous. This compact sauna is feature rich including a reading light, a set of bluetooth speakers, an ionizer cleaner, a sliding wooden vent in the ceiling and built-in towel hangers. I listen to podcasts while enjoying the relaxing infrared treatment. We purchased this sauna in 02/2024 and have been using once or twice a day almost every day for the past 9 months. I love the clean feeling of sweating out all the impurities and knowing that I'm starting "fresh" each day. I had my doubts when it first arrived because it was so easy to assemble. We are SO pleased with this sauna! It was easy to assemble and gets nice and hot quickly. We especially love the Bluetooth feature and the ozone and negative ions for smell and cleanliness.     • VERY POOR QUALITY

Product was very simple to install however when I plugged it in to try and use it, the unit displayed an error code and would not work. The seller was difficult to work with and hard to understand. Ultimately they did not solve the issue and I wasted weeks of my time from the time I ordered it to the time I had it returned and now I’m buying a new product. Returning will be a pain since it was a 150lb large package. Overall I’m very disappointed with the overall quality of it and will not be buying anything through this manufacturer again. UPDATE👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 The company attempted to make this right and sent me new parts to attempt to fix the issue and stated they would be giving me a $50 refund. After waiting a couple weeks for the new parts I installed them, and surprise surprise still doesn’t work right. The light now turns on, the unit starts to heat up, but there is no display at all and none of the buttons work to adjust the temp, turn the unit off, etc. I contacted the seller yet again and will continue to update this review until they either make it right or give me a refund. I would steer clear of this product…for spending around $1K I would expect what I ordered to function properly. Horrible quality and control. ... show more

Overall as advertised. Heats up well. Know the O3 meter is working as it has a distinct smell. Generally easy to assemble. Ours came with some minor wood splintering around the door, but this does not appear to be affecting the function. We have some concerns about how hot the floor panel gets - as you rest your feet on it, it's of concern that it gets rather hot. We'll keep our eye on this issue and report back. ... show more

Wow - this sauna exceeded my expectations in every way. It came delivered very quick in 1 large box and everything was nicely packed. Unboxing took about as much time as the installation - you just snap all the pieces together and you’re good to go. Everything came in good condition, installed simply, and worked as expected! As other reviewers have already said- it’s small so make sure thats what you’re looking for. The dimensions were exactly as stated which is what I needed for the space. The unit takes about 10 minutes to get hot, about 15 minutes to get up to max temp. I haven’t measured it but it gets hot! Speakers pair easily and sound good. I love the easy set up. It came in 2 boxes and I was able to carry each piece to the location of set up. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get to 130 F. I recommend putting a towel on floor and seat (as in picture} to soak up the sweat. I didn't do that first time so floor got some yellow stains. The blue tooth is really nice. I have not been in a sauna for years so didn't know what to expect. At first it felt kind of claustrophobic being in a small space that kept getting hotter. After breaking out in a sweat I started to relax. It definitely took away the pain in my neck. I love this sauna! ... show more
