I recently purchased this at-home sauna, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision. From the moment I unpacked it, I was impressed by the high-quality Natural Canadian Hemlock wood construction. Not only does it look beautiful, but it also serves as an excellent heat insulator. The tempered glass adds a reliable longevity. The far infrared spa benefits are simply amazing. I've noticed a significant improvement and its also helped alleviate some joint pain and muscle soreness. The entertainment system is equipped with two good quality speakers, allowing me to relax with my favorite music or shows while enjoying the sauna. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless and hassle-free. I even connected it to my TV which I view through the front window to get sports and news audio into the sauna (smart design). What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided clear instructions for next steps and were always available to answer any questions I had. Plus, their 7-year after-sales service gives me peace of mind knowing I'm covered for years to come. The sauna's design is compact and efficient, making it perfect for any space. The 800W infrared carbon heating panels are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, providing consistent and adjustable heat. The automatic temperature adjustment and control system ensure a comfortable and customizable experience every time. And it feels much larger than it looks from the outside -- thanks to the front window and full panel glass door. Another benefit is that it heats up quickly too. in a 65 degree space, It got to 140 degrees in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this at-home sauna to anyone looking for a high-quality, easy-to-use, efficient, space-saving and effective sauna experience. Two months in and not a criticism in sight! What an easy set up for this beautifully built and excellently priced structure. Just like almost everyone has reported, it arrived rapidly and well packaged... and Outexer CS is right on the ball. They are prompt with requested information and very cordial. My bedroom has just the right-sized nook and it fits perfectly. The features are solid: great speakers with instant blue tooth connectivity; good reading light; fast heat-up time and so far my 5 days a week for 40 minutes each hasn't jacked up the electricity bill noticeably. It's fantastic that it just plugs into a regular wall socket. Outexer infared saunas are comfortable but need a backrest for maximum comfort and relaxation, and OUTEXER has a well made wooden backrest which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you've bought the sauna already, get in touch with Customer Service! If you are ordering it, ask them to tell you how to add one when you buy your sauna.... which should be now... since it's November and getting cold. This is the perfect House Holiday gift! If you're thinking about it, do it! This sauna is perfect for at home use, looks great, and functions even better. We put ours in the home gym and it as already seen a lot of use in a week. Assembly was very fast and easy taking less than 30 minutes from box to ready to go. Heats up to 140 degrees in less than 15 minutes and uses a standard 120 volt outlet. The bluetooth is a nice touch for listening to music, podcasts or watching a tv show. The health benefifits of far infrared is well documented and well worth the investment. ... show more

    • Small but very effective
My mini sauna arrived 2 days ahead of schedule in 2 boxes by fed x … each box was brought down my driveway by one guy with a hand truck. I asked him to leave them on my sidewalk…I unboxed outside and took each panel into the house. They were delivered at 1:00 pm, by 2:30, I was sitting in my new sauna at 140 F. Super easy to put together and it gets hot really fast…20 minutes. This carbon fiber sauna is so much better than a ceramic heater sauna I had 10 years ago. I’m 5’3 and fit in it nice and cozy! Husband is 5’11…he can get in, but not much room to move. It’s only 800 watts, and because it’s so small, it heats up really fast and doesn’t use as much electricity as compared to much higher wattage saunas. I was totally drenched after 20 minutes, I sit on towel and feet on small towel. One great unique feature of this sauna is the carbon heater that is in front of you ….. so all of you gets exposed without any need to turn or shift. I added one near infrared red light (chicken light) to get more infrared spectrum…I had a flat extension cord that fit under the glass door, so I didn’t have to drill any holes, and clamped the chicken light to little ledge by the door. After wishing for a sauna for years and being intimidated by price and complicated installation, I am so glad to have found this one. The compact size fits well in our small home, it plugs into a regular 110v outlet, the construction is excellent— very sturdy and well-designed, and the wood is smooth and finished nicely on the outside. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble alone with no tools needed, and was delivered two weeks earlier than estimated, packaged very carefully with no damage. Just used it for the first time and it heats to 140 in about 15-20 minutes, and I was pouring sweat at the end of my session. The light color temperature is a bit cool for my liking so I will probably rely on the ample natural light that comes in from two sides. Get a backrest to keep your back away from the heat panels.
