The media could not be loaded. I really like it! Noise levels are good! Aesthetically cute and small! And compact! I will advise you NOT to put rock or crystals into the pockets as one reviewer said. I tried that and it almost changed my rating b/c I thought that the item wasn't giving what it was supposed to give. The issue was that the items GREATLY impact the sound of the water flow. For best results, I would just let the water run. The product was a lot smaller than I wanted, and so I will probably order a bigger one, but this little glowing ball at the top won me over for keeping it. It's too cute and changes colors. The ONLY reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating is b/c the flow doesn't seem to change that much between the 3 settings. That's the ONLY reason. Other than that, have fun! The media could not be loaded. I love the fountain however, it does not change colors as shown in the videos. There are no instructions given on how to correct this either. Update: The seller contacted me to advise that the fountain I chose was a white light LED option and not the color changing option that was closely resembled in one of the videos. I chose style 6 and style 7 was reviewed in the video that looked very similar to what I ordered. Please ensure if ordering you check to see if your style has the white or color LED option to not be disappointed with the outcome. ... show more

The ball doesn’t spin on the one I got. The tube is not long enough to get your hand in there to attach the suction cup to the base. Pump is noisy until you add enough water which is fine. You can hear the water but only if you are quite close to it otherwise it’s quiet. The ball not spinning is really bothersome since it was one of the reasons I purchased it.
