It took a few hours to assemble but is very sturdy. There are tracks for the drawers to slide in and out on which is a high-quality feature. It's a nice, heavy piece. I am going to use waterproof contact paper on the inside and back of the kennel area so it doesn't get damaged. I'm also going to add an entrance ramp for my tortoise as this will be his new bedroom. Pros: - Looks great, appears to be quality material, I think it will hold up well for a long time (and contain my crazy 40lb pup). - Assembly instructions were very clear. I appreciate the extra warnings about common assembly mistakes and similar looking pieces to avoid time consuming mistakes. Cons: - Stickers leave residue, will need lots of goo gone to clean it up. - Took a long time to assemble. About 4 hours by myself and I'm fairly experienced with assembling furniture. - The drawers don't roll very smoothly. - One of the pieces didn't line up quite right. Luckily I own a chisel and was able to make it fit otherwise might not have been able to assemble it. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Despite assembly being a bit of a pain, I think it will hold up for awhile. ... show more

It's is packaged great and is fairly easy to assemble, nice and sturdy and it looks great. I bought this for my 8 lb. Bostchi and it's a bit bigger than I anticipated but there is plenty of room for her to sleep and play and the shelves and drawers are sturdy enough to last

Great shelf and dog crate. Bought it for my office. Took about 5 hours to build because the directions are just pictures and some of the items didn’t have stickers to know what number they were. Other than that great product.

Product is sturdy but took 6 hours to put together. PLUS! It wasn't sent with the correct instructions that made it even more annoying. As well as some of the pieces did not make sense at all when assembling. Either way, we managed to put it together with 3 ppl. Overall the final product seems to be good and durable to last several years. P.S. DWVO does not provide any online instructions on how to assembly ANY furniture they sell, unless it is a desk..it would have been helpful. ... show more
